Very helpful and friendly staff. Free breakfast which includes eggs, sausage, potatoes, make yourself waffles along with cold options including yogurt, cereal, pastries, bagels and toast. It doesn't change much, sausage patties are sometimes links, scrambled eggs are occasionally eggs with cheese, but always well stocked and warmers full, even during the last hour. Close to many restaurants and Patriots Place for a little shopping. There is a nice Irish restaurant and bar across the highway. Terrific food with a separate take out entry if you want to take your dinner back to your room. Eating in was pleasant as well. I have stayed here often due to business in the area. Always satisfied.

It's a pretty quiet hotel, fellow guests are cordial. However, this last trip I had a heel walker above me who seemed to only sleep between 11pm and 3:45am. Before and after this person seemed to be trying to get in 10k steps as the person thudded above me for hours. Second night I put in my earplugs before heading to bed and was able to get a good night sleep. The highway nearby can be heard but leaving the ac/heater fan on constant solves that minor annoyance. I stay here often as I am in the area regularly for business. I have always had a pleasant stay. Manager is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Her staff are always pleasant and helpful as well.

Breakfast was adequate, and actually had some hot protein (eggs and sausage)! Room clean, bed reasonably soft and comfortable, staff helpful in taking a bag of recycling I had. Price was about the lowest anywhere in the Boston metro area. [I was stunned how hard it was to get a room anywhere for under $200!]

Location was awkward to find and enter, stuck between two freeways converging at an oblique angle. I got turned around a few times, both trying to enter, at first, then again after dinner coming in from the other direction.

Really clean, good breakfast. Employees were really helpful and friendly. Good pressure in the shower.

Bit cold in the room and the heater was making a lot of noise, I had trouble sleeping when it was on.

It was very convenient to get to from the highway. The breakfast that was offered was very good, and the young woman who was taking care of the breakfast area was exceptional.

The room was small but comfortable. I was in town for an event so I was looking for a comfortable, basic room and a good breakfast. That is exactly what I got.

Stayed for a concert. Room was great and clean. I called the hotel for the third party shuttle # as I was stranded at Gillette. They did not have the number, they definitely should have that number available.

We went for breakfast the only thing I didn't like was no eggs it was 8:10 when we got there and they said it was to late for eggs
