The first arriving to the property I booked it in short notice literally an hour before arriving so my expectations were super low especially the fact that traveling from Florida. I always pass red roofs that are not in good condition. This property was clean. Nice up-to-date. Have a good staff I just couldn’t believe I was in a red roof was completely different phone what I’ve seen and other red roof establishments

There’s not much I can say I don’t like I could give a suggestion that maybe it would be nice if there was a fruit or banana added with the coffee or even a muffin

The room was comfortably spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't use the amenities in the bathroom as we had our own, however, the towels were nice and absorbent. The room was clean and very quiet; we were in a premium room on the 5th floor. As part of the premium booking, we had "treats" which were well received and appreciated. The hotel was located on the edge of Mansfield, with quick access to restaurants downtown, and nearby. There was a nice outdoor pool, which we did not use, however, it looked inviting. As a Red Roof Inn, I was expecting average accommodation; however, our room and the hotel overall considerably exceeded our expectations. The location was also great regarding a short trip to the Wrentham Factory Outlet stores and restaurants, as well as almost immediate access to both I95 and 495 highways. We stayed here to visit Plymouth and New Bedford before proceeding northwards, and it was centrally located for both those towns.

the designated smoking area was right beside the pool; while we didn't use the pool, that would have been a deterrent.

It was conveniently located next to the Xfinity center for the concert. Furthermore, even though we’re not allowed to be out of the pool after nine nobody bothered us if we were quiet to just sit outside like I wanted. Thank you so appreciate it. I had a nice time and it was a very clean room and everybody there was very professional And courteous I would stay there again at the red roof plus.

It's a fine hotel. Updates are nice as in hardwood or at least faux wood floors. The desk and office chair is a nice touch for business travelers. Location is great for concerts and Patriots games nearby. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty spacious.

We were only there for one night for a concert, so there wasn't much to dislike.

We liked the size of the room and the hardwood floor look. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well and rather quietly on a hot spring day. Bathroom counter space was plentiful, which we always appreciate rather than leaving toiletries in the traveling case and fishing them out every time. Shuttle service to major events nearby is appreciated and it does cost some money but is worth it if you don't want to deal with the traffic, as the shuttle is allowed to use the VIP entrance to the event.

The price was a little steep for the property, but that's what happens when there's a big event at Gillette Stadium. Considering all lodging prices are up, it could have been worse. And this is rather petty but the elevator is probably the slowest I've ridden in a hotel in a long time.

The evening desk person, G, was terrific! Personable and helpful! Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for our trip.

As a person with a disability, the flooring was very slippery, especially if wearing socks. The toilet was too low and an extra bar is needed next to it to assist with sitting and rising. Website shows you offer breakfast but we found out when we checked in that you don't offer it. That needs to be corrected!

Very close to the venue we chose to see a concert. They had a contract with a local shuttle that picked us up and dropped us off right at the gates of the area. They also picked us up when the event was over! Comfy and quiet hotel. Great stay!

Ice machine was broken on our floor. No fridge or microwave for the price we paid for the room.

Room was very clean lots of parking staff friendly, fill in staff from Nashua was great.

Too many dogs, especially pit bulls. I love dogs ,have 2 of my own,but when you cannot get on elevator because a put bull will not let you and owner does nothing ...then time to look for different hotel to stay in, even paying a few dollars more9

The Red Roof Inn in Mansfield was the perfect stay for our family. Tracey and her staff were exceptional, friendly & Helpful. Our room was perfect, clean & I believe recently remodeled. It was great having a pool there as well for those super hot days that we wanted to do something but not go far.

Honestly have nothing negative to say!

Room was huge and clean, overall hotel cleanliness was also very good. We actually upgraded our room to a Deluxe room after discovering that the standard room did not come with microwave and fridge. The staff was really friendly and helpful and ultimately helped out with everything! - Location was okay as it was near to shops and restaurants, and more importantly the interstate / freeway!

Surprised that the original room we booked did not have a fridge, but all has been taken care of., bathroom was a bit dark lighting can be improved
