somewhat hidden but a quiet place. still easily accessible to highways The hotel has been updated- super comfortable beds, fun decor, great breakfast for the value I’d definitely stay again. I left an important personal item behind and the hotel was prompt on helping me retrieve it since I live out of state.

Our GPS directed us through back roads to get there from Gillette so location seemed a bit challenging to get to but I would still stay there again

I really liked the modern feel. I also liked that there wasn't carpeting, which many hotels have. This makes things feel much cleaner.

i was in a suite with 2 TV (bedroom and living room) and neither worked. When i checked out, the front desk person asked how my stay was, and when I told her that the TVs didn't work, she didn't say anything. didn't apologize, didn't ask any questions. It was clear to me that she did not care.

loved the room. its rare to have the bedroom separated from the seating area anymore which i like. very spacious.

setup is a little weird. you had to leave the main door after checking in and walk outside to another door to go in the other entrance to get to your room depending on the room number. the building is split into 2 halves 2nd floor and up. not a big deal but just weird. they’re under alot of construction right now but after thats done my rating would probably increase.

The location was perfect, staff were friendly. Most important the place was clean and the beds were comfy. The location to x finity and Gillette make this a perfect location. There is a restaurant across the street and in walking distance to Starbucks

Had coffee in room. Didn't have coffee at the desk area for free. Cost 3+ dollars. No continental breakfast.

The property was in an easy to access location that seemed adjacent to the nearby attractions. We were within 15 minutes of Gillette Stadium. The property was attractive and clean, although it was under construction during our stay. I loved that our room had a balcony.

The room was clean, bright and beautiful. The furniture is new and our room was big which fit us all perfectly. We felt right at home. The grounds were pretty and the van service to the concert venue was great. A little expensive but better than driving. The beds were comfy but they didn't leave extras for the fold out bed. We didn't get a chance to try anything else but certainly will next time.

No plugs for my electronics to charge and no one page welcome informational sheet with what is available at the hotel and around locally. We got back late from the concert and were starving. Of course we can look up local places but having something quick and handy would have been so much nicer and added to the customer service. Having a little safe in the room would have also been good.

Super comfortable, best sleep ever. Very clean, safe, quiet, the staff is very friendly and professional. We use the sonesta as a "close to home weekend getaway". You can't beat it, it's close to the highway and shopping, restaurants and the movie theater.

The shower. I wish it was just a shower without the tub! It was perfect for what we needed it for but I feel from a design standpoint a shower without a tub would be better!

It was convenient because it was close to the patriots stadium which we were attending the following day and there was a restaurant right next-door which made it easily accessible even if you wanted to walk

There was no room service and we had no towels to use the second day. When we arrived no one checked the refrigerator in the room and there was leftover food in it from the people who stayed before us. The rest of the room was clean
