The rooms were comfortable and inviting, the overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding places to visit and places to eat in the area. Overall the breakfast buffet was fantastic and downgraded too good, it depends on who's the cook of the day.

Regarding the breakfast buffet which was fantastic one day. There was sausage, eggs, home fries, waffle, toast and the next morning, just bacon and eggs, it felled off a little bit, somewhat disappointed. Also, the air condition in one room I paid for was annoying loud and made it hard to fall asleep. Also, there was a stain on the bathroom door and the wall that didn't look kosher, couldn't be removed with soap and water, we tried. The hotel should paint over those stains. Room 201

Staff was accommodation with the allergy requests I needed to make regarding cleaners being used. Breakfast was a standard breakfast - eggs, waffles, fruits, juices, yogurts, etc... the kids loved it and I really enjoyed all of the options.

I wish the property had steam cleaners available (we're working with an allergy to chemicals) like some other hotels, so that they're able to clean all surfaces with water instead of chemicals. But they were good about rinsing everything down with water after it was cleaned. They also cleaned out the air filters for us and double rinsed the linens.

Marc (sp) at the front desk was so helpful. Signed us up for hotel rewards. He told us about the shuttle service to Gillette Stadium. The wonderful restaurant he suggested. The food was outstanding. You can tell that he loves what he does. An outstanding employee. If you have employees of the month, he should be employee of the year.

The mattress in our room was so soft, my back is killing me. The angle of the TV and bed, had to look at TV at an angle and killed your neck.

when we arrived room not ready had said ahead of time when I was arriving I’m handicap asked for room on first floor but non available only on fourth floor not ideal for someone who wouldn’t be able to do stairs in emergency. also really should put new rolls of toilet paper in bathrooms not half used rolls one sitting on back of toilet kind of gross

All of the staff was incredible, breakfast was fantastic! Common areas were nice and clean!

The bathroom was a bit shabby. The drain cover was off in the tub. Lack of drawers for clothes. A little stingy with hygiene products. For the cost of rooms now, we shouldn't have to beg for shampoo.

The price was great! We had a nice clean room. The front desk clerk was super friendly and accommodating to me and my family. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and yummy even getting there 30 minutes before it ended.

I really can't think of anything.

The staff was great. Fairly quiet even when thee was lots of guests. Nice and updated space close to the highway but a little off path.

I wish the cost was a bit cheaper.

Breakfast good, but waffles only available one day (Memorial Day). Front desk very friendly efficient and professional.

Bed too soft, but that is my complaint about all hotels. I don’t like fluffy mattress toppers, prefer sleeping directly on a firm mattress.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh, great variety and readily available. Well maintained very clean (do wish there were more hand sanitizing dispensers to use before eating. Just an extra step to keep up with any contaminations whether virus, colds, dirty hands in general.

No fan in bathroom.
