The pool and hot tub were great! Loved that they had an indoor/outdoor pool plus the sauna was a nice touch! The location was perfect, next to many restaurants and beaches.

The sauna in mens room did not work. Room was a bit small for family of four.

Just back from a 6 night stay at All Season's resort. We have been going to the Cape for 38 years and have stayed in numerous motels throughout the area. We were very happy and content with our stay. Room was updated and comfortable. Liked having the sink outside the bathroom area. We had a balcony which overlooked the pool and enjoyed the outdoor area. Indoor and outdoor pools were wonderful. Hot tub was spacious and relaxing I've read many of the reviews and the negative ones need to be clarified. The water pressure was actually good and normal for a Cape cod hotel/motel. Breakfast was a typical breakfast for the motels in area. Do recommend another toaster in breakfast room during the busy season. Our deck chair needs replacing but that was fine. We found the resort was very safe and doors locked day and night which was a plus for safety.. We would definitely come back. Area is perfect and close to many beaches and attractions and restaurants. Housekeeping staff did a great job. Lobby was very nice and a nice bonus room off lobby with table and chairs. Staff was very kind and helpful! We even stayed an extra night!

For the price, which was very reasonable, I really don't think we had any complaints. I mentioned a few things below and they are easy fixes. I did not want to list as negative comments since we are very happy with resort.

I like the room it was quite tight but the beds were well made it was very clean we had a patio it was quite beautiful we did have a little rip in our screen door but no big deal it went right out to the pool the only thing I did not like was the outdoor pool was closed and they didn't tell us why but the indoor pool is spectacular and the jacuzzi spectacular

I didn't like that the outdoor pool was closed and they didn't tell us why they just kept saying it was closed so we didn't know why and I had a small hole in my screen door and that is the only complaint that I have because any of everything else was spectacular

All Seasons Resort is centrally located on the Cape in South Yarmouth. The staff is professional, friendly, and always accessible. The size of the rooms are moderate and have been updated recently. The included breakfast is a nice touch with a better selection than other hotels in the area. A nice outdoor pool area is well maintained and offers both plenty of sun and shade. An added touch is the gazebo. Rates were reasonable.

Not having the use of the pool facilities for the balance of the day on checkout was disappointing.

We loved there was plenty of parking. Pools were clean and well kept. Breakfast was served every day. It seemed like they served the same breakfast every day. My suggestion is to mix it up so it gives the guests more variety. Also, maybe include a larger variety of baked goods if a guest didn’t want to eat a whole meal.

Ww didn’t not like the property- we just had some issues. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing with the flapper unhinging. We had to call 3 times and after maintenance coming out twice in two days, it was fixed and new flapper installed. Also, our bed sheets had to be replaced due to a heavy stain on fitted sheet.

Our room with two queen beds was clean and comfortable. We had a view to the courtyard with outdoor pool which was tranquil. We enjoyed the plant-based items (juice, fruit salad, apples, cereal) included in the breakfast. Fridge and coffee maker in the room were great. Off-season price was good value. The dry sauna and indoor swimming pool were great perks to enjoy in February. Locker rooms were very clean. Quiet but easy access to highways, and a great location for exploring Cape Cod sights and nature. Friendly and professional staff.

The next door guest was a snorer and we could hear them and the tv through the wall. The shower in the men's locker room did not have hot water. The jacuzzi had some debris floating in the water which was not very appealing.

Centrally located in Dennis MA. Friendly, efficient check in. Rooms have been updated with paint and carpet, but furniture is a bit dated. Certainly not a deal breaker as how much time do you really spend in the room. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Recommend a room with balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool area. Balcony is a nice amenity, but the screen portion of the slider was off its track. The outdoor pool area has a good amount of both sun and shade. Would love to see an outdoor bar at the pool area. Indoor pool and sauna are nice for rainy days. A nice hot/cold breakfast buffet is included.

Rooms are clean, but more attention needs to be made to high cleaning. It's the details that separate the top line resorts. Balcony chairs need to be cleaned more frequently as with any ocean side resort seagulls have a tendency to leave little gifts. Balcony is a nice amenity, but the screen portion of the slider was off its track.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort; here are the reasons. 1) all the staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful 2) the parking is very accessible, right in front of the building 3) the bedroom was crispy clean with bed-covers that seemed brand new and quality sheets and pillows; the same for the bathroom and the make-up counter 4) breakfast is included and offers many good choices like eggs, sausages, bread, muffins, cereals, good coffee, etc. 5) the pools, both indoor and outdoor are clean and the same for the area surrounding them 6) our private balcony facing the pool on the second floor was pleasant and allowed us to keep the patio door opened at night since there was also a screen door 7) there was a safety deposit box in the room big enough to hold my computer 8) many brochures and information were available for visitors 9) the whole resort gives a sense of careful attention to the smallest details 10) there is a mall right in front with different services. All in all a very good choice!

Two things were not to our satisfaction: 1) the beds are VERY HIGH and I had to climb to go to sleep; my husband was fine 2) the TV was modern and good quality but the service provider DIRECT TV was terrible; the channels were all mixed up, having the image from one and the sound from another - never saw that before.

This is a great place at a great price, at a great location. It is located right on Rt. 28, the main road connecting the small towns of the lower mid-Cape and a direct, short drive from the main town of Hyannis. It is also located driectly across from a very good, family restaurant where my family an I have been eating for years. Our room was spacious and clean and had a balcony overlooking an outdoor pool and a large gazebo. It had a small table, a bureau, wide-screen TV, and a micro-refrigerator. The vanity was well-placed outside of the bathroom area and was large enough for toiletries for the entire family. As pictured, the room door solid, metal security piece that you pushed open to block the door from being opened; much more secure than the old chain. Personal security is also aided by an easily reachable grab bar at the edge of the tub. The curbed shower curtain rod avails additional space, and there is a pull-out clothes line over the tub for laundry or wet bathing suits. The lobby was spacious and looked out into a glassed-in, large, indoor pool. The reception staff was friendly and helpful in describing shortcuts through the property to our room. Fairly near the pool is a laundry room with several washing machines. The breakfast area is a key attraction. It actually serves a hot breakfast. There are also a variety of juices, bagels, breads, cereal, and fruit, as well as the capacity to make waffles.

Everything went very smoothly. The staff were helpful. We had no complaints at all.

Daily housekeeping, clean facility, large indoor and outdoor pools, plenty of pool lounge chairs, hot tub and sauna. Staff friendly. Room had a small closet, adequate number of hangers and a safe. Storage in bathroom vanity.

We were there for 1 week. Same breakfast each day. Not a perfect location. The dresser drawers in our room were broken. That piece needs to be replaced as it was not functional.
