Didn’t have breakfast at hotel

Soap and tray for it were slimey. Need to get a new kind of soap dish. Didn’t like having to pay to park my car.

great location and very clean. staff is very helpful

the parking fee was annoying to say the least. being hit with a surprise $50 fee at check in felt very sneaky. just include it in the rate! don’t add it in as a fee later. we have stayed here three times and this was the first time we got hit with a parking fee it just felt like you were trying to pull one over. not good!!!!!

everything in this place is excellent! we are delighted with the view! I was only sad because I paid for the room with the terrace, and they put me on the top floor! my husband prefers it on top! more because of our daughter I preferred below! other than that it's ok!

I didn't like the breakfast! as I'm Brazilian, I usually eat tastier things! I didn't have much choice, and it was super expensive for little!

Proximity to the beach. Access to facilities. It was like an all inclusive resort.

Charge a crazy amount for a buffet breakfast that was not good quality and limited in choices. It was cheaper to go to Dunkin’ or McD’s and everyone could choose what they liked.

Staff were great except for the check in process. Light in bathroom and the screen door were broken. But the resort itself is nice.

Given the wrong keys at check in and the process took a bit long. You have to check in at blue water

The facilities and property were amazing. Made it worth the price having an indoor and outdoor pool and being on the beach.

The rooms are musty and outdated. I can live with it because the facilities are amazing but if I came int he off-season, I would be disappointed for the cost.

It was a beautiful place even though it rained during our stay.

Having to pay for 25 dollars per day for parking after paying for room ..

I love the fact that it’s so close to beach and that you are able to use other sister hotel facilities.

the beds are small and uncomfortable and the pillows are so over used they yellow. not good for if you have problems with your neck or back. best to bring your own.

I loved waking up and being at the beach. All of the pools were clean and well maintained and available for use at all of the Red Jacket resorts. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like was checking in at one resort and then having to drive to the other. minor inconvenience. no major complaints.

Like the size of the room.

The room carpet was or it is gross, so disgusting that my feet and my family feet were black of dirt all the time. The smell was so bad, carpet has never being cleaned or shampoo. Didn’t like that the bathroom sick was in the room not in the bathroom. The beach food bar, they need to check who they give the bills to. I paid someone else bill with my credit card and it was $64. That was not my bill or my food, super upset about this.
