The breakfast was great with a wonderful selection. The staff was amazing! They were very nice and seemed genuine. The pool was a little small, but it entertained a 6, 8 and 9-year-old for over an hour :)

The location was good for getting into the city, but the main road near the hotel was a bit dicey at a few spots, making it hard to get into the hotel at first.

Staff was very good, everything was nice and warm for breakfast and also love the area

We reported our sink being clogged the first night and we had stayed there for 2 days within those two days the sink was never fixed we had to brush our teeth and wash our faces in the sink by the door. The sheets in the sofa bed were dirty

I can honestly say, God blessed us with Patrice at the front desk! We were in town for a funeral and she made us feel so loved. Her kind heart and loving spirit made our stay wonderful in a time of sadness. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You for being such a beautiful blessing Patrice.

The bed was horrible! I didn’t want to complain since we were gone most of the day. After two days of attending a loved ones funeral the last thing you wanna do is complain. We were grateful to just be there. If it wasn’t for Patrice and her loving spirit, I probably would’ve but she made our stay very welcoming and pleasant.

The location is good. The breakfast also offers different varieties and they changed their menu.

Everything was great. Very nice breakfast waffles. Eggs sausage potatoes biscuits and gravy bagels toast muffins, pastries, fruit yogurt cereal and oatmeal 4 juices to choose from coffee, and tea . Fresh food service. little for everyone.

Breakfast was amazing. Check-in and check-out were easy, and desk staff was amazing. Pool area was very hot in the afternoon but much better as the Temps went down outside.

The smell of pot inside and outside the building was very strong.

The staff was incredible, especially Anna the desk clerk. She was so friendly, kind, and accommodating. The cleaning staff was friendly and approachable. The room was very clean and extremely quiet..

The breakfast great and it was appropriate on the timing of the meal. I enjoyed the variety of choices for breakfast. Also, loved to have the different choices of whether hot breakfast, cold breakfast or just a choice of doing a continental style breakfast.

There was nothing that I did not like. I did not get a chance to go swimming or use the exercise facility; however, it was available to me. I did use the business center.

Friendly, nice room, comfortable

Whole billing set-up is a huge mess. Financially trying to pay, being doubled billed, calling and being told to wait a couple days (maybe just to get off the phone?)

Everything is 100% Good Design can be better 1- Bathroom Faucet need to be long of installed on Righ hand side of the basin. 2- bathroom barn door is good has mirror outside is also good. the door is slightly heavy for mature & senior guests to push open or close.
