Quality Inn Auburn Hills

Breakfast was nice. The setup was fine. It was more than I expected. The lady that was there was great. Staff cleaning crew.Room cleanliness. Valuable’s what I think anyway untouched and in place as I left it. Good job!!

The things that I did not like was the kids running up and down the hallway the first night. Second things was the trash being at the side entrance by door. Which was a drop off point for after cleanup. Which is a double edge sword. Better trash outside waiting for pickup, than trash inside and rooms not being cleaned. Informed clerk I was told they were waiting waiting for it to be moved. And it was.

The first room which I was booked into had a really bad musty smell to it. I’m so grateful the staff was willing to switch me to a new room, which has much better smell, and made the transition simple and stress-free. I ended up extending my stay by two more nights! Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Aside from the first room, smelling bad, I don’t have any complaints

The convenience was great. Wish they would put a sign between McDonalds and the grass area when on the main strip to pull in so you don’t miss it. But our stay overall was great. Was told breakfast was available from 6:30-10:30. We missed it by 30mins, again our fault for not reading the fine print for breakfast times, but it smelled good. FYI if you do read this breakfast only goes until 10am.

Breakfast room was nice and clean and a great breakfast.

When we walked into our room, N0. 132, I noticed that the desk chair is badly worn, it looked awful. Does not give you an initial good pressure when you walk in. I took a picture of the chair which I will send to the Inn.

Staff at check in very efficient. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. Easy on / off highway

Could hear people talking at first i think they were by the pool (that was under our window)but before we went to sleep all was good

Loved the waffles and the beds was comfy

My toilet was leaking, the man at the desk was rude after I had to call the ambulance for my son. The two ladies working was awesome and helpful.

Large, comfortable room; very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to a major freeway and it is easy to get around.

There was no breakfast available (due to Covid-related supply issues). Other than the McDonald's next door, all the food options were a bit of a drive. The tv had standard cable with no menu function.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good. Typical fare, waffles, bagels in addition though were eggs, sausage potatoes. Area was very clean.

The first night was priced extremely high but it was the same at other hotels. Apparently there was some kind of event. Second night was very, very reasonable.Sa

Super close to Pine Knob - very nice staff and I really like the way the set up is at least on the 1st floor - bathroom separated by a wall from the bed etc... Great shower !!

Liked everything

We loved the beds and the pillows! Very comfortable. A lot of other hotels have hard uncomfortable pillows, so I bring my own from home. These pillows were great!

I like everything! Clean friendly staff. Breakfast had a lot of variety, and was filling!!
