The location worked great for us, because it wasn’t to far from where our event was. Which made the Uber cheaper. The staff on hand was very welcoming, and asked if we needed anything. We over slept breakfast time, which was a bit disappointing as we had an hour drive home ahead of us.

Room was not clean to the fullest. Part of the wall trim by the window was coming off. When we walked on a certain spot of the floor it made a noise which a bit annoying. An there was dust in noticeable spots.

The location was great, we were less than a mile from our event. Breakfast was a lot more than expected. It wasn't just a bunch of granola bars tossed in a basket. All of the staff we encountered were both polite and helpful.

There was a door conjoining our room to the next room, our side didn't lock. I wish there would have been a fan. I need the constant noise when I sleep. The air conditioning was quiet and didn't stay on so it didn't help with that aspect.

the staff was super friendly and helpful, everyone from the front desk to the workers in the breakfast area in the morning. the property was well kept and clean. the breakfast was excellent and had a lot of variety.

the pool area was crowded with teens that were unsupervised and at one point locked all of the other guests out of the pool area with the deadbolt that was on the door. this area needs to be checked more often by the staff.

Variety of breakfast food was good for all members of my family.

Our two rooms requested to be close to each others were at opposite ends of the hallway which was difficult for this mama bear. We understood that there was a wedding party booked in and that was the reason.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Very clean hotel and room, modern decor and the beds are incredibly comfy! Love the huge pillows. Front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but it looked great! Rooms are quiet, peaceful and spacious. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Wasn’t a huge fan of having my full name and phone number announced out loud with other guests waiting to check in. I feel there’s a more secure way to verify that information. No coffee pot in the room. Odd, but possibly a covid thing. No hot tub, but the pool was excellent!

Hotel & room cleanliness, room very well equipped, big bathroom, quiet place, well located regarding automotive companies area, hotel staff very attentive to any question, fast check-in/check-out

Breakfast for european visitor could be improved (more fruits, lighter), TV with series or movies on-demand would be appreciated.

The woman hosting the breakfast was wonderful. She was so very helpful with biscuits and coffee. Location perfect as we were there for concert at Pine Knob.

No Kerig Machine in our room. LOL!!! We had pods, but, no machine. We went down in morning and got coffee down in breakfast area instead of making 1st cup in our room.

Miranda and all of her staff were kind, available and amazing for local resources! I had an accidental hair wash situation and had to use hotel products. I expected to lose hair. However, they were amazing! Best ever. 4 star hotels have harmed my hair,but this facility pays attention to detail!

If I had to complain it would be a recommendation to add more towels to the pool area.

The staff was very welcoming and helped work with a booking issue. We loved the pool. The location was great and not far from the Great Lakes Crossing Mall or Pine Knob (we were there for a concert). The beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean.

There was a couch in our room that has splotches of an unknown substances (yes, i think it was se**n). The room we were put in had a door connecting to another room and you could hear EVERYTHING through it.
