The breakfast was ok

Pool wasn’t open and they took $250 deposit talking about they had to clean the room. You had to clean the room anyway so why take my deposit. I will never spend another American dollar again with this hotel!!!!

The fully stocked kitchen was great, the beds were super comfortable and the room upgrade because of overbooking was a pleasant surprise. The pool and patio were very nice, and having two separate bedrooms was absolutely perfect. For the money, i have not seen better.

The hotel is showing its age. Some things are damaged, broken or missing. Breakfast was small, but met my expectations. The problem is it ends fairly early 830 AM. Sleeping in even a little is not an option. The location makes sense for people who are traveling to the Chrysler plant for an extended stay, but for a family on a vacation, there is not much else. There needs to be a grocery store within walking distance since a kitchen is provided in each suite.

Clean and spacious

We picked the hotel because a pool is listed. No functional pool. Night one a pipe burst on out or wing and after unpacking a bathing a 7 year old we were flooded and moved to A SMALLER suite. Our rates were not adjusted. We were there because of extensive damage to out home in a storm. When we realized that we needed to extend out stay, we we made to pay an entirely new $150 deposit. After calling the Customer Service for Sonesta, we were told it could be waived under the circumstances but the desk Falstaff refused. The hotel is a nice clean place, but this is just ridiculous. They also say that there is not a way to adjust the difference in charges for the smaller room as we booked through you.

Beds were incredibly comfortable along with warm duvets -Loved the layout of the one bedroom double suite. Beds were then separated from the living and dining area -complimentary soap, 2x dishwasher tablets, dish rags, Salt, pepper, sugar was a nice touch -very quiet property

- no food options besides free continental breakfast and there is no restaurant on the premises so one needs a car for sure if they want to have food - we chose this hotel as one of us were having surgery nearby and our stay was for recovery. they have no wheelchairs on-site

They actually had a cookout for the guests which is something we have never encountered which was nice. The room was already stocked with dishes so we didnt need to ask for them. Everything worked well in the room and everything was clean.

The pool was not available to a long running maintenance issue which was not disclosed to us until we arrived. Also, there has been NO cooked breakfast since covid started so again website information and pictures are way out of date. Luckily we were able to cook what we needed in the kitchen in the room. Just disappointing as it was not as expected.

The jacuzzi tub in the room was it! Sat in jacuzzi jets watching our favorite show and eating dinner. Bed was comfortable. Thankful for the previous reviews about the musty smell and train noise. We went in and opened the windows and loved the sound of the trains. We didn't get to spend as much time in the town but hit a couple bars late and enjoyed the national park the next morning. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend.

Nothing we didn't like.

Very comfortable room. I like that there was 2 separate rooms with full bathrooms each and the main kitchen and living area with 3 TVs so no family fights! Staff was super friendly and we had all what we need during our stay. They offered a complementary ice cream one of the days we stayed.

Seems like the air vent in the 2 beds room was blocked because the room was not as cold as the other 2 areas of the suite. The ice machine in the fridge was not working but the staff provide ice when we requested. The shower water temperature in the 2 beds bathroom was inverted, cold was hot and hot was cold but we figured it out quickly. The breakfast time (until 8:30am) is not very convenient if you plan is to rest with family but it seems that it works in this industrial location since probably most of the guests are there for work and wake up early. There is not many food options on a walking distance so make sure you bring some groceries or food to have in the nice kitchen of the suite.

Breakfast was good! Many hot and/or cold options. Rooms were super clean and had a spacious layout. The bed was VERY comfortable. Each staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect. Special shout out to the Housekeeping Manager, Rhoda(?), who went out of her way to accommodate our request for a late checkout! 😊

I have absolutely NOTHING to criticize. Everything succeeded my expectations.

Spacious room with nice garden view, next to gas station with convenience store. Rooms have amenities for self catering such as a stove, kitchen utensils, and a good sized fridge. Staff was very kind to attend my requests. Would stay again for my next visit.

Breakfast could be nicer (adding cheese options). And air conditioner unit was very noisy at my unit.

I liked that the room had kitchen ability to nearly full capacity - I was so appreciative! I also liked that it was still small and quaint but cozy 😍

laundry / workout was on second floor but not really a “dislike” more of convenience of anything - overall we enjoyed our stay truly for the value was worth it ! I would have loved an extended breakfast time, that did feel a bit rushed each day :/ only real complaint
