Pet friendly (no breed or type restrictions, but reserves the right to judge based on individual), no contact bedding/towel exchange (guests bring old down to exchange for new, no room entry unless requested), kitchenette in room spacious for size of room, mostly quiet/peaceful, comfortable bed, tv has port for firestick, free wifi in all rooms

no breakfast or exercise room some days because of covid safety, no typical items already in rooms only shampoo and soap; did not have plastic utensils, paper cups, bible, sheets or pillows for pullout bed & no extra pillows available at front desk, vending machine does not give change and front desk does not help or put sign up,

The proximity to attractions near by and the cost per room. The larger room was nice and accomodating so totally worth the price for two 3 year olds and the beds were comfortable.

It was pretty evident that no one had cleaned under the bed in awhile. There were multiple empty containers including a dirty bottle filled with formula that my son found which was pretty disgusting.

clean, quiet, close to work and the staff are always nice and available for any kind of help or service.

one unit stovetop didn’t work and I had to switch rooms. I only didn’t like it because I liked the layout of the previous room.

the bed was comfy!! the room was spacious!! the staff was amicable!!

rooms were dimly lit!! bathroom walls were full of hair!! learned that breakfast included could be a devious statement!! just muffins and coffee and some of processed sugary cereals at a to go table is not breakfast!!

Rooms were quiet even though the property seemed full. Air conditioning worked great and so did the fridge/freezer. Room was great for a week to stay in.

The kitchen sink was small and the water spout could reach the counter. The bathroom tub was a little rusted out and the exhaust fan did not work.

Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Whatever we needed they got. I was so very impressed with one of the employees brought me a stick of butter for my husband. He was so kind and thoughtful.

The toilet in our room was messed up the whole time we were there.

I was coming into town for a surgery and was using the hotel to recoup in. I requested a recliner and it was right there for me in the room, no hassle. There was an issue of the toilet running but staff was right on it to fix the problem. Rooms were relatively quiet. Had great use out of all amenities that come with the room. Felt safe, comfortable and at home. Seemed to be a lot of families staying there.

My room was a disability room with a roll in shower. Im not sure what the solution would be but if the lip were a bit higher getting into the shower, it would not flood the bathroom floor when showering. Was concerned with possibly slipping.

Liked having big fridge and a table. Good access to highway.

Toilet was too short for us older people with bad knees. Either needs a higher toilet or a grab bar. The end of bed was close to wall and a picture was hanging on that wall which made for a tight pathway especially at night.

I like the staff very nice there is 1 she is very very kind and caring and also went and ask for sheets and blankets for the sofa bed and a coffee maker gotten with no problems the room was pretty clean it didn't smell in my room everything worked well I love my Time is up today I don't want to leave .. I'll hopefully be coming back here sometime again ..

The Price I guess since I'm on a fixed Monthly income .. was a bit loud a couple times
