Clean, with nice pool gym and guest laundry. informal meals and friendly casual service. very comfy beds.

There was a cancellation due to my wife getting Covid and being unable to travel. So, I cancelled my sons room and he shared a room with me. After 6 days I still have not received confirmation that I will get a refund: Booking.com. have chased several times but claim the hotel hasn’t responded properly - not using correct emails??? The hotel say they have and I saw email ( but maybe not to and from approved email addresses) this leaves me frustrated after 6 days and I am now back in the UK without a refund confirmation. Poor !

The atmosphere was peaceful, it was very quiet and i had plenty of privacy. Got some much needed rest. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was very nice. I had plenty of space and amenities. The staff was attentive and professional, when my husband had to book an extra night at the last minute, he was able to do so from out of state with no hassle, and the staff member took care of everything within minutes.

There were no major issues. Everything was very nice and well-maintained. There were w couple of glasses in my kitchenette that looked like they needed to be rewashed, which I do anyway. Other than thst minor thing, my stay was perfect.

Breakfast - Need more healthier food, e.g., scrambled egg whites, egg white omelettes, not enough bananas. Pool - Needs to be larger and better maintained Value - With poor location and poor-to-medium amenities, price needs to be lower

Very clean, quiet, not too large. Nice layout in the studio where I stayed. Kitchenette and dishes. Very functional and homey. Free guest laundry facilities.

Breakfast was amazing!! FRESH FRESH FRESH!!! Staff was the best I have seen in my 30+ years of traveling. This place and its team are the new standard of excellence! Well done and thank you to all the staff!!!

Would not change a thing! No complaints at all. For the cost of staying at this place what a value! This place is among the best of the best. We will be staying there again if we need a place to stay.

Everything! The hotel was perfect! The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when deciding where to visit during our stay. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide selection of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, pastries, cakes plus cooked items. The facilities were great for the family, a swimming pool and free washing and drying facilities. We will definitely stay there again when we next visit.

Lost power twice. No breakfast two days. Elevators not working during power outages. Need a larger generator for all of building.

We were really impressed with the place, and we don't stay at hotels very often. We loved that we could cook and the room was very spacious and quiet. We also liked that you had dinner on Mon., Tues., and Weds it really help out for us. We were in town because of a death in the family and had to take care of a lot of stuff so being able to come back to the room and get a bite to eat was great and it was really good. Everyone was also very pleasant and helpful!

I love the hotel and will return. I thought the from was home-like. I was pleased with the staff and thought they were very kind and professional and the next time I visit auburn hill I will reserve a room in this hotel

I would recommend this facility. My room was very clean. The lobby and dining area was clean. There was a nice variety of food available for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed them. I would definitely recommend this facility.
