Everything was beautiful and the staff was so nice when we arrived. I only rated it a 9 out of 10 because I feel like the bed should have been more comfortable for what we paid for but it was still definitely worth it, my name was even on the tv screen when we entered saying welcome.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but other than that everything was great.

Breakfast was good. Nice Selection, Toaster was running a bit hot and kept burning the bread, other than that, the rest was good. Rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, easy access on and off the highway.

Need more water pressure on the 4th floor of the hotel. Shower had zero pressure. This was the only thing that was a bit of a disappointment. Lower floors I would imagine would have been just fine.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean smelt clean as well. I also really like the areas you have available to visit with family and friends. Excellent idea.

The bottom of the pool looked dirty. The breakfast time could last until 10 or 10:30 a.m. instead of 9:30 a.m.

The hotel was amazingly clean and beautiful. The staff were super helpful and nice. Nice warm pool.

Unfortunately, my shower was messed up with almost no water pressure or hot water. Others in the hotel were great though. The pool area was very slippery too. Walk carefully.

Room design and decor has been well thought-out. Smiley staff, breakfast ladies especially.

Add 12" to bathroom width (too late!) and change its fire door (why?) for a smaller, lighter one. Microwave sticks out from cabinets, I bumped my head working at the sink. Replace 2 sets (?) of measuring spoons for dessert spoons and a bottle-opener.

this hotel has just opened so everything is new and clean. it’s a great space with seating inside and out, fire pit at night, gym and pool. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. our room have a full size fridge , dishes etc which was helpful. breakfast was great, kept topped up and easily accessible.

Everything was great!

Breakfast food ran out. I asked for more biscuits they gave me frozen ones and there was no coffee.

Staff was great. Room was fantastic. Easy to get wherever you needed to from the hotels location

Loud guest either below or beside us. Was hard to tell but they had the tv on loud all night. Not the fault of the hotel obviously.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, easy and great location. Lots of restaurants within 3-5 minutes, Family Fare grocery store a couple miles down the road.

The pool area does not have hot tub.
