The staff is beyond AMAZING! My trip started out visiting family, my mother was hospitalized and actively started dying, she held on for three days. Once I told the staff of her actively dying they made my room an open booking so that it would be mine until I informed them I no longer needed it. I would come back every day at around 3-4am and the kind gentleman running the desk always asked if I needed a snack or towels, shampoo, or anything else. His kindness made this heart breaking event a little bit more bearable. Every staff member I came across was kind and accommodating to the best of their abilities. I also loved that the bouncy and vivacious morning clerk decorated the lobby and dinning area for Halloween and always had a great smile and story to start my day with. I am glad I choose to stay here they made my days and nights better every time I walked through the doors with their compassion and genuine smiles. They definitely made this hotel feel like my home away from home.

No more hot tub,breakfast eggs and squares cold,no honey,no oatmeal. Would like other decaf tea options, noisy elevator. A bit unsettling.pillow arrangement a bit challenging to open up to lay on. Bedside table clock too bright. Noisy air conditioning. Sounds like it is raining outside. Haha.

The bed and amenities were good. I appreciated the larger mini fridge with a freezer.

The cleanliness could have been better. The bed and seating areas were fine but there were weird stains on the curtains and the garbage can in the bathroom was visibly splattered with something I was not willing to investigate. The toilet kept running off and on and the sink dripped unless you shut it off JUST right.

the location was better than I thought. It was a very comfortable room and the breakfast was delightful! Check in was easy and the lobby was clean and neat. The first of October, the lobby was decorated for Halloween. That was a pleasant addition.

The bathroom had no fan for shower exhaust. The light blinked a few times. It was clean, but just needed to have an exhaust fan. And the light in the ceiling should be looked at.

Great location! Great staff! The cleanliness of the hotel outside and inside. The room super clean, very exceptional. I always stay here and I always have a great experience.

We didn't eat breakfast just had coffee, but the breakfast looked like it would have been decent. It was in a good location for where we needed to be. The bed was comfortable. There was a gas station next door which made it convenient to fuel up before leaving.

There were a few items like lamps and the top of different furniture pieces that had dust on them. I think the cleaning staff should be trained more on cleaning completely.

the only thing was at about midnight someone tried to open my door. i got up to see who and why but by the time i got to door i heard door to upstairs open and close. so didn't see who it was.

My overall experience was great. I liked that the hotel was pet friendly. Rooms were clean and in working order. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The dinning area was clean and maintained by staff. The facility was super.

Our room was clean other than it looked like the cleaning person had horrible dandruff. There was dandruff all over our room. It was cleaned, so that’s why I think the cleaning person did that. Other than that it was great!

Hotel is centrally located. We explored Grand Rapids and easy travel to South Haven, Holland and Grand haven. Hotel is near an excellent 24/7 restaurant.
