The room itself was very clean and presented well upon arrival. The shower was spotless -down to the drain spotless. The bed looked and smelled clean and was very comfortable. Bathroom was huge and clean. The TV mount swivel was super convenient…and a huge bonus was the option to temporarily log into my Netflix account. The room’s kitchen area was a huge help with our leftovers from dinner and our beverages. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The pool/hot tub area was clean and spacious.

The bathroom light was connected to a motion sensor, for convenience, but the light continued to turn on all night randomly which disrupted our sleep tremendously, we ended up just closing the bathroom door. Other than a short on the motion sensor, I have no complaints about the room or property.

Staff was nice and room was very nice.

Breakfast didn't have a variety of foods but was ok and muffin had some mold on it. The big issue was the pool had way to much chlorine that took days for us to feel better. Nose burns and eye burning feeling and skin itchy and we all had a bad cough I didn't get in the pool at all due to hard time breathing in that pool room. two of my kids took a long time to feel better was tempted to take them to the hospital for inhaling that chlorine for so long. All other guest during our stay also complained of hard time breathing and nose burning and skin irritations too from the pool.

The kitchenette was fabulous, the shower in my king size bed, breaking was was fabulous with lots of choices. I loved that coffee and hot tea and ice water was available 24/7 in the comfy lobby. Also the outdoor area w fire pit was a fab surprise!!

When I entered my room it was very hot 79 degrees, I tried to turn down but no instructions and could not figure out how to turn off heat, or just have the fan, or time. Simple instructions would be useful. That was it! It was great!

modern and up to date

Staff at front desk did minimal work. not much of a greeting, didn’t inform us about breakfast, location of room or easiest way to get there…I guess we are used to hospitality and being welcomed to a hotel as a guest.

The hot tub was a comfortable temperature with good jets, the pool was nice too. Bed was comfy.

The water for taking a shower wasn't very hot at all times. Some dirty markings on the walls need to be cleaned and there were a few hairs on the wall in the shower when I first checked in that housekeeping didn't clean before my check in

The staff was courteous and helpful. The kitchen area in the room had everything that we needed and more. The eating area in the lobby was comfortable to work in.

The thermostat in our room was hard to control, but when I turned it off, the room temperature remained comfortable.

Didn’t try the breakfast, but coffee was great.

My wife and I had a hard time getting to sleep due to a strong marijuana smell. We are pretty sure it was coming from a couple different rooms. The smell didn’t fade away until 2:30 a.m. We thought all rooms were smoke free.

coffee dispensers often empty did not like the bathroom lights coming on in upon entry at night. don't like the need for the key to be inserted for the lights to work

I was lucky, the property had just opened, so everything was nice and new and sparkly clean. But it was a nice suite with plenty of room. I liked that the rooms have a green design, where you have to leave a 2nd key in the room in a slot to keep the lights on.

The only negative think I can think of is that parking was a bit tight late at night. My stay was on a Saturday night, so it was busy, it looked like was some large, formal event whose attendees were staying here. It didn't help that the open parking spots for the 'competing property' next door were blocked off because that property is not open yet. When they are both open I assume there can be some 'give and take' for Parking.

the front desk was extremely helpful when we checked in. our daughter was texting us the she hurt her ankle at a soccer camp, so when we brought her back the front desk woman was super sweet and asked her how she was feeling and everything.
