This hotel was way better than we expected! We went on a busy weekend and this was one of the cheaper options... Worth every penny. Staff was nice, pool/hot tub WORKED and was clean, along with the room.

The breakfast could have been better but then again it is included. We also had a problem with housekeepers coming in room with DND sign on and after one knock. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, very clean.

Friendly staff, especially Shawn. Good breakfast. Liked using the pool and hot tub.

The whole “comforter wrapped in a duvet” is absurd. All the hotels are doing it and it’s TOO HOT. We couldn’t sleep the first night. We had to ask for a plain old blanket which was perfect do the rest of our stay.

The staff was very kind and helpful. I have severe problems with muscles joints due to an auto immune issue and I was able to use the hot tub after closing with no problem. It was so sweet and makes a world of difference when I've just traveled for hours and can't hardly walk from my car to my room!

We really didn't have a window in our room. When I pulled the curtains back I was greeted by a very small window and a concrete wall! Not a great option if there was a fire. The breakfast didn't have alot of options for me personally but my 12 year old son enjoyed it! Especially the sweet potatoes!

I thought the breakfast was very poor - I paid $190 for a single occupancy and there was a waffle maker, some cereals porridge which was stodgy, scrambled eggs, french bread fingers, nothing really appetising

it was advertised as a continental breakfast which it clearly was not

Front desk attendant that met us Friday evening was great. Helpful, friendly, seems genuinely to enjoy his job.

Shower drain was extremely slow. Notified the front desk on our way out. Didn't really get in the way of our stay, though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We needed a late checkout and got it with no problem because our car was in the shop. ( 1 hour ) The pool was wonderful!!!

The bed was a little too firm for me, but my husband loved it!!

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was exceptionally clean and accommodating. Great for families.

Rooms could have been a little bigger for the money spent.

I feel the elevator ‘s could be closer to the lobby , and larger. maybe more variety for breakfast in a larger space , waffle making held up that room for a long time

It was close to stuff, clean, good breakfast and helpful staff. Pool and hot tub were great nice and warm!

The location was easy to find. The lobby is nice and clean. Room was beautiful and perfect for two of us. Everything was very clean. The cleaning staff was very pleasant. Jesse at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. He even helped my sister surprise me for my birthday. He went above and beyond for us!

The bed was a little hard but that might be some people’s thing!
