Location was good.

I booked a family suite. The booking said a king bed and two queen beds. No king bed we had to settle for a pull out couch & 2 queen beds. As the property said they didn't have room for that booking. I have contacted booking.com to let them know that I paid for a family suite and got a downgrade. Still waiting on the status. I will say the hotel is clean, the pool is not in fact heated. The pool is quite cold!!! It is however well maintained. Also I tried to message the hotel weeks in advance about my room and never got a response back! Which is a disappointment.

I liked how spacious and comfortable the room was. It was very clean and I liked the higher end shower and hygine products in the bathroom. I also like the location of this hotel, near the freeway and also by some fun attractions like Sterling State Park and The Sports Garden putt putt and batting cages.

The only thing that I didn't love was the elevator felt a little sketchy, but I used it my entire stay and it was fine.

room had a lot of horizontal spaces for storage, bedding was excellent, tv larger than normal with plenty of channels to choose from. breakfast was good

the only petty thing I could find would be the bathroom door was too tight for ease of opening and closing, also would have liked to have been informed that $50 added to bill for any charges that may have been made. Though t I was overcharged for my room when looking at ny credit card app that night, had to approach front desk about it to then find out why

Front desk was nice when i needed help getting into the gym and the pool was clean. My room was also clean. Continental Breakfast is good. They offered eggs ,oatmeal,cereal, cinnamon buns, sausage, bacon and ,pancakes . It's about 20 minutes away from a big shopping center and there is a Red lobster and Burger on the same block. As a solo traveler, im glad it was an extra lock on the door . Theres no scenery, but that's just kind of that town. I would stay again if I have to come back to the area.

Room was large enough to feel relaxed

Room was cleaned and nice, but no housekeeping service the following day. Not sure if that was normal for a two day stay, but not a deal breaker from staying there again.

Wasn’t sure if the pool was just old or hadn’t been cleaned in 3 years. Disappointing because my daughter was excited about swimming but didn’t want get in.

Friendly staff. Clean quiet room. Great breakfast.

The only issue was very small ants in the room. I did not see them until morning. The pool was closed. Would have had to go to the property next door to swim.

super easy to get to. the friendliest staff! we are from out of state so when we called with questions about the area everyone we had spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and even offered suggestions on things to do locally!

everything was great! our only suggestion is the couch in our room was noisy.

Great location for touring the area. Minimal night noise. Room clean. Breakfast awesome!

No problems. Even with the hot water not being available till later in the day.

The room was a lot bigger than we had in mind which was perfect for our family!!

The couch had stains on it and there was a lack of trash space for a room for 5 people.
