Location; newness; modern; very clean

Towel service & trash pickup;extra toilet paper. Request for clean towels on Sunday; not delivered. Request again Mon morning for towels & garbage emptying. Left for the day returned 10 pm towels outside my door, no trash pickup. Said tomorrow to remove “do not disturb.”Called Tues morning said they were upstairs cleaning would take care of me when they got to 1st floor. Left for the day (sign removed) returned to overflowing trash & pile of 5 days wet towels on the floor. Liked my stay otherwise: just disappointed that a 5 nite stay didn’t get better than that. Oh-ran to Kroger for a roll of tp!!!

The breakfast was very limited. Since I stayed for 13 days, I got tired of eating the same limited food. No variety.

Communication. I had an incident with the iron. There was a sticky substance on it and I didn't notice until I placed the iron on my shirt and it ruined my shirt. I called the front desk and spoken to them. Although she did apologies said the manager will contact me but didn't. Gives the impression they don't value their customers.

The staff was exceptional. From the front desk to the sweet lady who cooked breakfast each morning, they all were super friendly and helpful in every way. Facilities very clean.

Couch in suite not super comfortable but adequate.

Breakfast didn't meet my needs, we went elsewhere for breakfast. But the clerk recommended a place that was excellent. We appreciated the responsiveness. We asked for a second chair for the room, and were provided one promptly. Decent bed, good shower, good TV.

Chairs weren't terribly comfortable. As I said, breakfast wasn't great. We had very noisy upstairs neighbors keeping us up the second night, stomping around, and dropping bowling balls now and the (or at least, that's what it sounded like. I called down to the desk at 1:20 am to ask the clerk to speak to those people. The racket stopped shortly thereafter. Appreciated the promptness.

Very clean and nice looking facility. Nice large shower, clean carpets, adequate breakfast bar. Nice neighborhood very easy ride to the airport. Staff was firendly.

The wifi was not password protected so laptop and tablets would not connect to internet.

Everything was great there. I read several reviews prior to booking and this hotel had all good ones. Well here’s another one, they did not disappoint. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and in order. Entering my room some lights were on, heat was at a perfect running temp, TVs were on in ready motion welcoming me to my stay. Exceptional and very detailed.

I have nothing to write in this section. There wasn’t anything to dislike.

The room and facilities were fantastic. Staff was very pleasant and always helpful.

The breakfast options were very limited and nothing very exciting. It was the same food options every day we were there.

Liz at the front desk is a HUGE asset. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is the one who made my stay.

The bed was hard, and the pillows didn't hold their fluff.

Facilities and location

Passive staff. Food staff scolded me for coming to breakfast 10 minutes before opening.

The facility and room were very nice , the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The it was very very noisy in the room at night , was awakened many times. Was wondering if their was a laundry room next door to my room 104 or something? Breakfast was what it was I ve had worse and better , a very clean facility. I would stay their again but not in that room. Thank you for being interested in my stay .
