The staff was very friendly, the beds were super comfortable, I love the deep tub so I could soak, and I have to say the breakfast was very impressive in the assortment that was offered and the fact that the staff kept it well-stocked through the entire breakfast time. They also did an exceptional job of keeping everything clean and neat in the food area

I sadly a child threw up in the pool so the pool had to be close down which was one of the things my kids were really looking forward to but I understand things happen and the property cannot be blamed for that. I think the price was a little bit high but unfortunately everywhere is high

The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. The woman who checked us in was still there later that evening and offered my daughter some candy because she remembered me telling her we were there for a concert to celebrate her birthday.

The only complaint was that the breakfast area was too full of people for us to sit so we had to eat breakfast elsewhere. Maybe make this area larger in a remodel?

The Staff Are Phenomenal..!!! The Breakfast Was Delicious With A Large Variety..!!! Our Room Was Not Ready At Check In, The Gracious Manager Upgraded Our Room @ No Cost To Us, It Was A Great Experience & We Slept Well..! We Really Enjoyed Our Stay & Plan To Go Back As Soon As We Can..!!!

Only 2 Things, 1. The Bottle Of Conditioner In The Bathroom Looked Half Full, But Nothing Would Come Out, Not A Big Deal I Didn't Make A Fuss. 2. The Bed Was A Little Squeaky, But Very Comfortable, We Slept Well So No Complaints.

It was really clean and staff was so friendly. I think Hannah? checked us in, she was great and quick!

I think the rooms could be a little updated with USB charging ports and microwaves. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner would be better offered in single size bottles not the large multi use bottles.

The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Before this trip, I had sworn off Holiday Inn Express after some poor experiences in the past, but the staff here made me reconsider future stays. Everything was excellent!

The rooms need to be updated, especially the carpet, but overall things were still clean.

We were surprised that they were offering breakfast due to COVID, but the staff was very helpful, and gloves and sanitizer were available, and the breakfast area was very large, so folks weren't sitting close to each other. Very nice assortment of items to choose from including pancakes, eggs, sausage, toast, cereals, yogurt...........you name it. The area was kept very clean and stocked by a wonderful, cheerful staff member

Our room didn't have a microwave, but one was available near the reception desk along with snacks, soda and water. Very nice! Coffee and hot water was also always available.

The hotel and staff are great! The other guests are disrespectful. When coming to dinning area for breakfast, other guests sat in the dinning area for a few hours. They already ate just sitting in there socalizing while other guests came down to eat but instead had to grab their food and take to their room bc their was no room to sit.

the tub was super slippery (in handicap accessible bathroom) and the water didn’t drain in the tub while showering

I liked the layout and the breakfast was lovely. it was a packed house and the staff had breakfast out an hour early since many were heading to a dance comp. They made sure everyone had a chance to eat.

No complaints.

Checking in Jazz was the attendant at the desk. She was so nice and just had a welcoming smile. The breakfast in the morning was really good too.
