Check in ( at 11:30 pm flight delay ) was very slow, maybe the clears was new employee? No shuttle available even though I asked weeks before when booking room, if our flight is delayed, would a shuttle be available) had to take a $30 taxi ! Return to airport in am, cost us $15 by hotel shuttle ! $45 extra for stay at hotel ! Not a happy customer . Opps this comment belongs below !

Good service even though I arrived very late at night, I appreciated the late-night service and friendly staff. The room was clean and quiet and the rate inexpensive. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice. The staff provided an airport shuttle just for me which was on time in the morning.

The bar of soap for the bathroom was about 1 square inch, super tiny. But I realize keeping the costs down is important!

I travel a lot as far West as St Louis from Philadelphia and stay at many places. while this was a good place it has the worst free Wi-Fi I’ve ever encountered and I had to use my phone as a Hot Spot to get anything done. would have been a 10 if the Wi-Fi had worked even a bit.

It was a little dirty, a little worn. The upholstered chair in our room was heavily stained…kind of gross. The linens were fresh and the carpeting looked new, but the tile floors and corners of rooms seemed dirty.

it was comfortable and clean, staff were reasonably attentive when it came to ensuring our room had what was needed.

the drain blocked up when I took a shower and had still not drained by the next morning so my partner was unable to shower. desk staff reluctant to release our $50 security bond saying it had already been done when it hadn’t. breakfast was ok.

Check in was quick & easy. The continental breakfast was outstanding. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean.

Minor issue -- there was a light bulb burned out when we arrived; we called the front desk and they replaced it promptly.

Everything was really good. I really like that I could watch the TV while in the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was the greatest.

I would like to have seen something more than just a bag of breakfast especially for the ones of us that are lactose intolerant. I understood the bag breakfast because of covid but it would have been nice with a different alternative than yogurt.. But everything was overall really good.

The staff was very polite and communicated with us well! The room we stayed in was also nice.

The beds were pretty stiff which was the only main complaint. The spa tub in our room also made noise anytime the person next to us showered.

Everyone was pleasant, it was clean enough..staff friendly

Elevator was out of commission, electrical outlets in the room didn’t work coffee maker didn’t work. Toiletries were way too small-not enough for 2 people
