Stayed for 17 days in total, staff was great as we needed to keep extending our stay due to project delays . My wife and I always try to stay at the Candlewood as we spend most of our time on the road. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, we love having the kitchenette and full size refrigerator. The shower was great, hot water and good pressure. Wifi was excellent and easy to connect to. Would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Every was perfect

The fact that the room across the hall from me door was open ALL night and through some of the morning. This appeared to be very strange to say the least. The alarm from the room was so loud that it woke us up the next day. I did let the front desk know about this upon my departure.

The rooms far exceeded my expectations. When the heat didn’t work in my room the lady up front changed me rooms immediately! All of the staff were super friendly! Prices were very reasonable! I will Be staying here again!

The only thing that could have been better was a couch or pull out couch in the room, or availability of rollout or pack and play as we forgot ours. And a breakfast would have been nice. Other than that I had no complaints!

Clean, Pet friendly but place is not smelly! Lovely swimming area and hot tub! Nice and friendly entrance! Rooms perfect, Kitchen facilities more than sufficient!

People standing smoking at exit doors, smell pulls into hotel because double doors are mostly left open, staff can be little bit more friendly!

It was clean and quite, close to a Starbucks and several retail stores and eateries.

I was charged 4x on my credit card because the receptionist was new and learning, which I have no problem with the learning process, it put a damper on our parade when my card was swipped so many times and my bank locked my card because of fraudulent activity. No one from management called me or issued credits not even a complimentary night. That was sad, I still had other cards to use, but the whole business ethic when addressed everyone ghosted me and all I got was a lot of shadows, and "The Manager will call you back" needless to say they never did. I will be more careful when checking in here. Great place but needs improvement.

The easy-to-use part makes stuff less time consuming.

How the hotel didn't have more charging ports, the A.C. didn't work, even after staff tried fixing it. The light in kitching esd dim nothing they could do bout it.

The room was comfortable, and very affordable. We looked around for other hotels that offer suites, and none of the met the standards that this place has....full fridge, 2 stove top burners, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal....and equipped with pots pans, everything you need to stay in and eat! They even offer 2 large gas grills in their outdoor common area, in case you need more than just a stove top!

With extended stay, you get weekly housekeeping, we requested on ours 7 day for housekeeping and the 3 days following. The 3rd day we double checked and they said we were on the list but nothing. On the fourth day, my husband calmly explained this to the day time manager and she got right on it! We had clean towels during that time but we had to ask for them often due to the wait on housekeeping.

The bed was super comfy , and room had so much space

No pool , honestly had I known pool was not working we would have stayed somewhere else only because my daughter was looking forward to swimming.

The hotel needs to be renovated! The on-site convenience store had mostly empty shelves.
