The breakfast was very good. We were pleasantly surprised with the quantity and quality of items available. The favorite was the egg white frittata. The Red Velvet Belgian waffles were delicious as well. Perfect location. Near highways, and many choices of restaurants.

Only had one issue, which was the window was stuck open in freezing cold weather. But as soon as we called the front desk they sent a maintenance person and he took care of it right away.

Typical Hampton Inn, nothing overboard, clean, accommodating, what I was expecting for an overnight stay on business. Breakfast was very good with typical selections.

A little difficult to get to from the Interstate. some of that was caused by the highway exit / interchange construction going on at the time. Missed out on the hot cookies (my fault) got back too late.

Clean rooms with very nice staff. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. There is a no frills pool if you want to splash around. The complementary breakfast was very good with yogurt, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, coffee, fruit, and oatmeal. Above and beyond!

Clean and very comfortable beds

Carpeting in room needs to get shampooed or replaced. Had bug carcasses throughout room and encountered live millipede, dark red beetle and black cricket-like bugs in bathroom. We were unable to locate how they managed to enter the room throughout our 4 day stay.

The location was a little off putting. Kind of off the beaten path and near some abandoned buildings. The elevator was a little worse for wear, but it was functional.

The breakfast was great!! And the staff was nice and everything was clean!

The pool was ice cold. I wasn't prepared for the polar bear challenge.

When we arrived early Friday morning June 18 we were told, According to the front desk clerk that our reservation was cancelled, no show. We made the reservations about 9:30 Friday evening. When making the reservation on line, I put we would be arriving between 2-3. She eventually made a “new reservation” and wanted to charge my CC again. I had already paid on line. She had to call a supervisor to get an ok to do this. She was, at first, was not willing to help us get it straight, she just kept telling us our reservation was cancelled due to no show. I have always stayed at the Hampton Inns when traveling and never had a problem.

Very spacious , so clean , Excellent staffing, We stay again , very stasified ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The breakfast was a little lame , they need food up grade but over all Excellent Kitchen Ambassoder , they need to upgrade the pillows , we had a queen bed and pillows were twin pillows but other tgan i give it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very clean, super kind and friendly staff, bedding was exceptional!

Not many close dining choices and construction, but not the fault of the facility.

Penny was the first person I encountered during my stay. She was beyond friendly and very knowledgeable about everything that I could possibly need to know about my stay. She was unforgettable to say the least. Her positive attitude was simply outstanding and her enthusiasm for her job extremely evident. You should be proud that she represents your company so well.
