Convenient location off the highway and a short drive into the city. (J & J Eaton restaurant on Cochran in the downtown area had excellent, reasonably priced food, including delicious HOMEMADE pies.) Motel had free, basic, contenintal breakfast.

Facility is dated and could use updating.

Staff was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. Our special requests were done without us reminding them. Room was great! Spa tub nice and relaxing, bed comfortable, air worked good, clean, updated. Nice place. We will definitely stay again.

No protein selections at breakfast. All carbs. Understandable in a small town setting that may not be super busy, but maybe some prepacked hard boiled eggs. Even still, nice place to stay.

Renovated all the rooms 2yrs ago, black modern furniture, great bed, micro,fridge. Lots of towels.! Very friendly front desk. Only hotel in Charlotte that would take a pet. Continental breakfast was good. Price was 👍 great.

Requested a first floor room months before arrival, said they would accommodate and didn't when we arrived. Didn't appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door at 9:00 am although we did forget to hang our do not disturb sign on our door.

Easy check in/check out. Friendly accommodating staff. Good value, tidy room.

Place could use some minor fixes, repairs/update. Also give y'all AC system a break lol. Poor things run non stop (set at 60*) and have condensation dripping from them (inside). Overall good service. Would return.

Everything was super clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. we had got a spa bath and it was amazing!

Even though they have a no smoking/vaping of any substance policy, the smell of marijuana was extremely strong coming from other rooms and in hallways. Otherwise very clean just needs to be updated badly

Location, Lost power at home so we came here! Not disappointed at all. Price right too with breakfast included. Nice

Wifi was slow getting on line. But was OK once it was up.

Breakfast items were very limited that's why we preferred to eat out for breakfast. Hotel was close to all activities that we had planned to attend. Easy access to interstate highway.

The staff at breakfast time wete pleasant and helpful. Checkin and checkout staff were friendly. The location was perfect.
