I planned a stay close to the Expo Center, as I'm unfamiliar with the city. I wanted a comfortable room to return to and clean up in. This stay worked out for us and I would stay here again. I enjoyed the information hub in the front lobby: reminders of date and weather, and interesting daily facts.

Unfortunately there was road construction completely blocking the front entrance road and I had to find back roads in & out rather than my original itinerary of traveling by way of the street in front of the hotel.

We were in town for a memorial service that was at noon on May 6th and were heading back to New Jersey immediately afterwards. We asked the manager if we could use the lobby restrooms to change into our travel clothes. She was so kind and told us she would keep our room opened for us to change into before we headed back to New Jersey. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and we were so appreciative of her kindness!

I did not get a chance to get breakfast, but I did enjoy my stay overall! Very clean, nice facility. Beds were fairly comfortable. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Would recommend to a friend or potentially stay again!

It was a little bit pricey considering there was no pool facility at this location. That is something I would’ve enjoyed extra!

Very clean room. AC worked with zero issues. TV was big and the remote control worked which is not common for most hotels. Bathroom was spotless and had plenty of towels. Hotel provided soap was actually decent which was a shock. No crappy bar soap, they had actual liquid body wash, pleasant surprise. Hotel personnel were extremely friendly and welcoming. We just moved here from TX and this was our first night in Michigan. It was a warm welcome.

No breakfast since COVID I get it but the food store was too expensive. Other than that it was exceptional.

Friendly staff. I wish every hotel had more employees like The two ladies at the front most of our trip.

Paid pantry. Great Variety but fir the price I expected a complementary continental breakfast. However the variety of foods/toiletries in the pantry, 24h availability, and additional items we could borrow/buy (blender, crackpot, wafflemaker, umbrella, scraper, etc) made up for it.

This hotel was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and close to our event. Upon booking, I booked for the wrong dates of our stay, and it wasn’t until we arrived and had no room that we realized the wrong days were booked. Samantha, the general manager, was quick to think on her feet and was more than accommodating. She was able to get us all one large room to share, with enough space for all of us, and gave us a discounted rate, despite the mistake being my own. I am so grateful for her helping us out and I genuinely appreciate the favor she did for us. I would book with this hotel time and time again. Thank you again, Samantha!!!

Nothing negative to say at all!

Liked the free hot coffee with flavored creamers, as well as the extremely spacious rooms. My friends appreciated the free makeup wipes in the bathroom as well

There was a dirty spoon left in the utensil drawer that had food crusted on it. Other than that, everything was great!

easy to find off the Highway. easy check in and check out. had everything we needed.

lack of outdoor “ambiance”. I nice outdoor seating area would be nice. the recliner had food/crumbs/dirt in the footrest when I opened it up to lean back and rest.

the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. the room was also very nice. loved having 2 comfy chairs and a full size fridge!

we had a little trouble with the key card at the side door nearest our room, but we went around.

Very nice Hotel Location is secluded

It was tooooo far away from where I came in town to visit I feel Booking.com deceive me about the location. I don’t appreciate it.
