We requested to change rooms and were accommodated with no questions asked and we pleasantly surprised with the new room which was definitely an upgraded room although no additional charges were added.

The bed in the room given to us initially was terrible for my back. They had put what I think was 2 or 3 mattress pads on top of each other which made the bed soft but lumpy. Not the bed I would have expected at a Quality Inn.

Great location. Very clean! Nothing smelled of cigarettes either, which is rare in the less expensive hotel chains, Even in non smoking rooms. Nice pet policy, and a really cool indoor pool with a chair lift for handicapped individuals. Decent basic breakfast.

My only real negative impression was that it felt a bit grungy due to old carpet, drapes etc. The carpet was very stained. *However* the room was also very clean, with no adverse smells or signs of cutting corners while cleaning. I don't mind old stains, especially in a pet friendly hotel, as long as it is otherwise clean.

The hotel is ran by a family and they are very clean. Bathroom Great, the pool is clean and good temperature. Breakfast is pretty good also, for a little more than motel 6, redroof, you get a pool, and breakfast. Great deal.

I liked that this property was close and affordable.

What I didn’t like was that our room was right next to the pool and was very loud. Also after using the jacuzzi tub found out that the jets hadn’t been cleaned out and lots of scum was left in the tub after letting the water out. It was very disgusting. We had to take a shower just to wash the stuff off.

Room was clean and tidy, a big screen TV and all appliances are available. Bed was comfortable. Staff were nice. Breakfast was OK.

There might be an either insulation or a structural issue within the building. Able to hear all footsteps of the individuals staying above. This is a quite important subject and should be addressed thoroughly.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bedding and towels were white and fresh. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean.

The building really needs some updates but other than that we had a pleasant stay.

I brought my children to be able to swim and eat breakfast, but the temperature wasn't up and breakfast was closed. Other than that it was a very good stay.

Loved the waffles. No sausage the second day.

Manager wasn’t so comfortable with English—I really wanted help making our next night’s reservation but was given a card to use for phone info—okay, bur….

Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Fridge in room did not have a freezer. 3rd floor loses water pressure during high usage times. Front desk area and breakfast area was extremely hot and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was more than I expected. The staff was very kind and helpful. It was quiet, clean, and affordable.
