Overall very clean comfortable room and nice breakfast.

I brought my keys down to check out and the lady at the desk did not even look up at me but continued to write on whatever she was doing. My boyfriend had time to go make a cup of coffee and return standing behind me while I waited. All I wanted to do was hand her the keys for the room. Working in the public myself I know we are expected to at least acknowledge the person and tell them “I will be with you in just a moment”. She finally looked up and spoke when another staff member had walked up seeing us standing there.

Close to airport, rental, restaurants, and crew were kind. I liked the whole mood of hotel as well. Services are good in general.

Internet speed was so slow or wifi connection was kinda unstable. But it’s okay since anywhere else were equally slow lol. Power outlet was loose so we had difficulty at charging our phones and devices, so we had to buy extension.

It was clean

We booked the room through Booking.com. I received a confirmation email after booking through that website. In the email I was told that masks were mandatory in all public areas and that there may not be food service. I was quite upset since we had traveled to Florida and back earlier in the spring and had had no issues with wearing masks in any state that we stayed in. When I called the hotel direct and ask if this was still the case in Michigan I was told it was not. The website needs to update their masks regulations. I would have cancelled our reservations if masks had been required.

Location was very optimal for my husband and I. Close to places that we were interested in going.

I didn't realize that the King room would not have a microwave. We've been satisfied with our Hampton Inn stays. Wondering if it would be better to go directly through Hampton.

It was clean and quiet. All staff members were nice and friendly.

When I checked in the staff member didn’t tell me about having to ask for my “box” of breakfast. I overheard another guest talking about it. There were no signs that gave instructions about it at all. I also feel that the staff should stay at the front desk instead of in the office because if a guest needs something there is no bell to ring to alert the staff member. I was standing there for a few minutes.

The hotel is nice, clean & the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious enough.

The pillows were horrible, completely flat, we all woke up with sore necks & shoulders. Also the parking lot seemed really small. We got there at night in the middle of a snow storm, so maybe there was more parking somewhere I just didn't see.

Check in was quick & easy!! Overall Cleanliness of the Hotel & rooms was Great & the Complimentary Breakfast was good & had a Great selection of food to choose from..

Everything was Good

Nice staff, clean spacious room, comfortable beds. Good breakfast available at 6AM on weekends. Easy to find location by airport.

The awful breakfast. Two sour hard boil eggs bagel and yogurt. Was told they can't find a cook. That is why I always choose Hampton Inns over other hotels because of the great hot breakfast.
