The room was clean and had lots of room to move around .the breakfast in the morning was really good.

The the fridge frozen are drinks. And that you had big bottles of baby soap and shampoo that other people have use on the wall. And hand shop by the sink . I would rather have a small bottle that I know no one else had used.. you never know if other people put something in it. That you didn't have alot of parking .so we have to park at ihop.

The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in manager (Jared, I believe) was friendly and helpful. The hot tub / pool area was open and well maintained (always appreciated).

Only one complaint, which is one that could apply to almost EVERY hotel/inn... The scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold, and needed to be microwaved.

The breakfast is very nice, the rooms are spacious very clean it’s always busy but yet it’s very quiet and peaceful in the room, the beds are very comfy the pillows are very nice and the staff is so friendly and helpful

The only thing I could say is I hated to leave we have stayed here a few times when in the area and each time it has been a great experience and stay

My room had a very damp, mildew smell. I’m not sure if that’s an accurate description, but you could smell it the minute you walked in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable. I was satisfied.

I would have liked to have had a reading chair and lamp. This isn't just Hampton, most rooms anymore don't have reading chairs or couches. Guests are supposed, in fact have to sit on the bed or maybe a desk chair. Same for watching tv.

Location is very good. Parking is ample. The beds were very comfortable.yge people at the front desk were very upbeat and helpful. The hotel is very close to the freeway and you can walk to IHOP restaurant.

The only thing not good was the door on the bathroom. Its kind of a sliding/pocket door with no way to lock it.

Superb location....close to cinema. Restaurant right next door. Breakfast is excellent...so convenient being on site. Room is excellent and beds are really comfortable. Can't wait until my next visit!!

That I couldn't stay LONGER!!!! Will make sure I can spend a few days at the Mt Pleasant Michigan location so I can use their workout room and pool.

Staff was very friendly. Pancakes at the breakfast bar were hard as rocks. Next time I will eat at IHOP . Over all the room was great! The price for the room was just a little steep for the location. Should of been about $15 dollars cheaper. All in all a good stay!

unfortunately our room was out of the shampoo and conditioner in the shower, but thankfully we had found some of our own in our bags.

Room was nice & clean, comfy bed no complaints.

This isnt a complaint about service or facilities of a major nature but the glass on the front, rear and side entry doors and side windows were water spotted terribly and quite dirty, first impressions just saying.
