It looked brand new. The elevator always smelled like a clothes dryer which was very nice. Everything was very clean. Really loved the unique furniture setup with the rolling desk and tv shelf and mini fridge area. Everything in the room and out felt very brand new and stylish. Was very surprised by the forward contemporary design.

Could of used extra pillows and towels and toilet paper. Didn’t really like bugging people to ask for some of that. The room was giant which felt empty and the one window shade didn’t work. Was expecting a king size bed but don’t think it was in fact a king. If check out time is noon, the breakfast and coffee and food area all needs to be open till at least noon or 1 or 2pm. People may want lunch. And or definitely a coffee before leaving. It seems smarter to keep people around and spend money then sending them off to Starbucks.

Loved that the room was truly wheelchair accessible! The room was large enough for my husbands wheelchair to easily maneuver. The bathroom had a wheelchair accessible roll in shower, and there was enough room for him to maneuver easily in the bathroom.

Better sound insulation, could hear doors slamming, car alarms, noisy people in the room next door and hallway.

The hotel was clean, the staff was awesome and the breakfast was great ( nice selection to choose from). I booked my reservation through Booking.com and paid $384.00 for two nights (very reasonable). I will be staying there again.

The hotel is not dated. It is updated like all the other Holiday Express. The bed was very comfortable.

loved how friendly and helpful everyone was!!!! but I was most impressed with the chef!!!! the chicken pasta dish was to die for!!!!! and when he came and explained it all to us I was sooooo impressed!!!!! he has a true passion for his craft!!!!!! will definitely come back!!!!!!!

Beds are too high-suggest a step stool in the rooms to get on the bed. I’m short and my 89 year old father had a heck of a time getting into the bed. Having said that/the beds are very comfortable.

Easy access to anything needed as far as asking for more towels, food downstairs or nearby restaurants, the keys being easier than how hotel keys used to be and I liked how they are also needed to get into the amenities available. The bar was also nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved how this hotel had a mini store set up with drinks, snacks, and random necessities you might have forgotten to pack.

I was very upset that this hotel did not have a hot tub, when I booked through booking.com one of the amenities were spa but on their hotel website it never mentions anything. May have considered somewhere else with a spa available.

The staff was so personable. They even had fidgets for my granddaughter. Thank you Josh for everything. It was nice to see the cleaning staff smile. It shows they enjoy working here.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The whole place was very clean. The room was nicer and way more than we expected and the bed was very comfortable.

We only stayed one night. There wasn’t anything we found that we didn’t like.
