It was a very nice location. Very quiet, even though there was a group of motorcyclists! The room was spacious and clean.

The breakfast buffet was expensive. $18.50!! The room a/c was noisy. We had an issue with our payment. I booked it through booking.com, but was not charged the booking.com price that we should have been charged. The front desk checkout person couldn't fix it when we checked out. A message was left for the person who was supposed to do it. They emailed us three receipts, but it doesn't appear that it was fixed.

I decided to have a last minute pool party for my daughter’s birthday. Although the room was very spacious and clean I was shocked to see the hotel allow a swim school to use the facilities. The kids were still able to swim but felt like they were n the way of the swim lessons. They were able to enjoy themselves still. I also loved that checkout is at 12pm. We didn’t feel rushed in the morning. We decided to do some shopping the next day and the location to the mall was amazing. Ov

I really think the hotel could use two elevators. We had a lot of things going upon check in so I needed a cart. Our room was on the second level on the opposite side of the building. The kids had to take the stairs because once the cart was inside the elevator there was little room for me to maneuver it so we all good fit. The kids of course didn’t mind the stairs. Honestly neither did I but for older patrons having to walk from one side of the building to another with luggage from the elevator maybe a lot to do.

the only thing I didn’t enjoy about the property was that the DoubleTree company didn’t plan well in my eyes for the snow storm. Our power went out and we got stuck pulling into the hotel first, then trying to turn into a parking space with a toddler was a huge challenge. The employees there that night we not snow removal nor was it was their job; but they went above and beyond to help in that situation. I wish DoubleTree next time will make sure their lot has proper salt put down and plowed.

Location is a plus. Staff friendly. They are to ready to assist if you need something. They have smiling faces which is helpful esp for travelers who might have come far places.

It can be a little tidy in hallways. Our location has a door attached to another room with a child. They were loud and crying. It will be nice if room we stayed quieter without an attached next door with kids.

Very friendly and accommodating staff--conveniently located, quiet, nice garden area to sit in with fire pit.

Needs some updating--comforter had small holes in it and bathroom soap dispenser was empty. Also, there were stains on the carpet.

The room was very well appointed. Comfortable bed and chairs. Nice bathroom with GREAT water pressure. I like the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers, much better than the little bottles. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very conveniently located

We enjoyed the cookies. We wish that we could have had more for our trip home.

We were given misinformation regarding our stay. There needs to be better communication between management and staff personnel. The room had a few dirty areas which my husband and I took care of with Clorox cleaning wipes. The rooms could use better lighting and a descent breakfast. It was not worth the price.

Really enjoyed the room never wanted to leave, just wanted to sleep in. Breakfast was so nice, good choices and quality items. Bar was cozy, drinks were stout, made for a cool night. Nice vibe

Breakfast was great, a basic cereal and fruit and coffee. Just as I have at home.

Room was not ready when I arrived, normal. I had to ask over an hour later for an update. It was ready. The cookie was wonderful, but they ran out!

the rather steep prices for the various breakfast choices. Anout the hot breakfast as $16pkus dollars for scrambled eggs , bacon seemed quite over the top. the cold breakfast was not much better
