The room was comfortable, after we turned up the heat lol. It has a pool. The view from the fourth floor overlooking the small lake/big pond was fabulous! The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The place was clean but someone dropped a coffee or something in the elevator and either no one had told staff or they were aware but too busy or understaffed. It happens. Not their fault.

No jacuzzi. Pool was cold. Towels were tiny at the pool. Use 2. Anyway the jacuzzi was taken out but it still lists it on the listing. And the signs are still up for it. And considering how cold the pool was, they really need a jacuzzi to warm back up. Road noise is noticeable.

ALWAYS enjoy my stays at this hotel! I frequent this location for in-city get-a-ways! The staff continues to be the BIGGEST asset! As well as the location! (Restaurants, Walmart, Meijer, Movie Theatre and more!) The rooms are clean and the facility is nice! They also had a partnership with a nearby gym to use the facilities! I will definitely be back!

Nothing to dislike! Just book!

The breakfast was good. Typical hotel fair which is what we expected.

Booking.com messed up the reservation and the staff person at the hotel had to fix it. I had all the documentation from booking.com, but the hotel had none of the documentation. Grateful that the hotel could fix that. Disappointed in booking.com for this error.

The breakfast and hotel location was great! The facilities were clean and inviting. The front desk staff was very professional, courteous, and helpful.

The people who cleaned the rooms never checked with us to see if we needed the trash emptied, or if we needed clean towels even when we placed the dirty towels in the hall outside the door, as instructed. We ended up getting fresh towels from the front desk staff each evening.

Hotel was great! Nice comfortable rooms. Great location. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Very helpful and friendly Staff.

They advertise a 'Hot-Tub', it doesn't exist. Very limited equipment in 'Fitness Center'. No in-room safes!

Stuff was helpful and friendly. Overall it is good place to have some get away time.

Jacuzzi was closed. Which was main reason for staying at the hotel. Towel quality for three people in same is not enough. Towels are way to small on the pool. Its more for face. Please pay attention on changing the sheets on the beds.

Everything was good including the breakfast everyday and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like and this isn't the Hotels fault, was the condition of Loop Road leading to the Hotel. Of course we have to remember the Hotel is in Michigan.

The staff was amazing they were so sweet & we needed towels an they brought them right away. We loved that there was a door bell! Our kids loved the hotel especially the free waffles 🧇

Everything was perfect there nothing we didn’t like ! We will be staying at the Hampton again very soon

It was cozy like home. The lobby and living room area was nicely decorated. The breakfast was nice, there were lots of options.

The pool area didn't have much room or tables. Pool towels were really small.

Clean and friendly staff. The coffee was good. We waa happy with the location.

Bed was to hard. But the coffee was so hot to carry to the room
