I always like the front desk staff they're professional and very nice and make sure all is well housekeeping did an AMAZING.job fighting the cold frost to get customers in clean rooms people forget they are the backbone that keeps it running GREAT JOB HOUSEKEEPING STAFF!

Couldn't wash because hotel wasn't prepared .. because of the awkward.position and place for.the washer it should.have been known that pipes need to be wrapped or covered to PROTECT the copper the temperature should have been a clue not the staff fault or problem Owner should know this..and why for a mid size hotel is there only one washer? The temperature.in winter months should be a prior in order to keep staff and customers warm and safe I felt so bad for the housekeeping it was root cold and their carts were getting stuck ..I hate they were not protected in the bitter cold

Staff were able to help me quickly when I had an issue and my new room was very nice and clean. There was a spacious bed, desk to do my work on, and tea in the morning.

My original room had been trashed and reeked fiercely of cigarettes when it’s a no smoking facility. Surprised staff didn’t notice this before my arrival. The only downside of the new room is the light was so bright outside that it illuminated around the curtain and I kept waking up hourly thinking it was morning.

I t was clean and simple I was tired after work and running errands it was perfect and pleasant bed, bathroom and a desk didn't need anything else microwave and mini fridge and near a restaurant I mean this will be my go to place from now on I hope they don't change a thing!

Being awakened after midnight about a smoke detector and asked if I was cooking , smoking or messing with the smoke detector b. Heck didn't see it til the next day .. it was a sensor just didn't like after being asked all 3 questions to be hung up on it took me an hour to get back to sleep I mean It clearly was a sensor issue because the sensor in the office was still on..I am aware of what not to do in a motel/hotel room .. smoking which I don't do or cooking which I am like how? and messing around with it ..why would I do that I am not a drug user. the morning lady clerk was nicer and understanding

The room was Clean, the Staff members very helpful and friendly. For my Business Trip the location was perfect

cleaning service is only ones per week. The mattress was old and not very comfortable i had backpain the week i was there

I appreciated how very clean the room was. I loved how quiet the hotel was through the day and the night. For it to be as cold as it was outside the room stayed warm.

That I made a reservation and it say on the web page check out is at 12 but the staff still told me if I didn't pay by 11 I had to go... Wow

I enjoyed every second of peace and got a lot of computer work done everything was excellent The Staff The room no complaints except One other than that 98% awesome

The mildew smell so I bought Lysol

Room was clean but I had a slight sensation of tobacco NOT strong enough to be sure it was Tobacco. I'm not allergic so it did not bother me but I was aware of it. Facility is undergoing renovation.... So it will improve in some ways I got a very good night's sleep.. check in and out was easy. Only problem was with the booking Dot Com not processing my payment but the price did not change paying at the "gate" as it were. So I'm happy Oh the clock radio woke me up with my favorite Radio Station (WRCJ) does not do that at home (Out of range).

The slight sensation that someone in the past smoked in the room The lack of a TV channels chart.. I finally figured out all but two. watched only one

The stay was peaceful and the staff was great .

However, there was blood down the side of the tub in the room, and that was a turn-off. .

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and spacious. Did have a card key issue but the staff fixed it without any hassle and many apologies. Would definitely stay again

This is the second best quiet stay I have had everything and everyone was excellent
