We were suprisingly given an upgrade to a penthouse. We have never seen anything like that. Beautiful and comfortable. The limo service was another added surprise and my husband and I had never rode in a limo. The whole overnight trip was outstanding. Employees were very nice and helpful. Enjoyed every bit of our stay.

I wish there was a better area for smokers. It's the only thing I can complain about. Being a smoker it's very inconvenient to have to smoke out in the parking lot. I wish there was a back deck area. Being a smoker I get it but we still want a view or at least a private area.

Location good, with nice terrace over looking green view to enjoy breakfast or evening drinks on. Nice indoor pool and spa. Staff friendly and gave us free laundry powder for washing. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all the time in lobby.

Not in a location with a walk nearby. Complimentary apples looked nice but tasted horrid. Whole price pretty steep for a chain hotel.

The breakfast was great, fresh, healthy food options. Adequate space per customers and clean. Good location.

The parking was not the best, very limited with a few big trucks taking multiple parking spaces. The bathroom door stuck and after the room heated up because it was cold outside side, then the air conditioner was turning on instead of heat as requested. We did tell staff and she said she would have it looked it.

Modern rooms and beds were very comfortable

All the traveling baseball teams staying there also. Kids running up and down the hallways all times of the night; couldn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub because of kids being so crazy; we were on the fourth floor and we heard balls banging on the floor at 6 am above is. Ugh

I enjoyed the bed and the fact the room temperature was great. The shower was nice and hot and there was a microwave and fridge and also that you allowed pets. It was a great place to stay for driving convenience but I’ll probably book elsewhere next time.

I didn’t appreciate that there was a hidden pet fee of $30 once i got to the hotel and told them I had my dog, even though I did say in the comments I was bringing my dog. There was no mention of that. You definitely need to let people know that. I also didn’t care for the fact that you’re a pet friendly hotel and yet..no actual real area for the pets go do their business. That confused me. Also whoever the elephant was in the room up above me that kept me up until 1-2am in the morning - wowweee. Hope the next person that booked in my room was made aware of that when I told front desk after checking out.

The front desk guy was awesome! I would go back just to see him 😔 great staff. 👍 3-11 dude was very helpful and accommodating! Customer service was over the top! The place was exceptional clean and you could tell employees took pride in their job! The hot tub and sauna were great! We got a balcony room and enjoyed the fresh air and the scenic view. Definitely would go back! Nice assortment of choice for breakfast. Wonderful addition to the room keruig... ❤️ Free limousine ride to anywhere Definitely a bonus.. My family had a great time and the internet was strong.

The lack of pool towels. The pool was absolutely freezing. Floor was super slippery in the pool area. Late check-out was only half hour.

Location was great! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly! There was a free limo shuttle that we took multiple times. What an amazing added bonus! When the limo was a little slow (because they were busy) they found us another method of transportation! I would definitely stay there again.

Honestely nothing. It was all very good.

Breakfast, pool was a good size for kids and they loved it, and staff was nice

The pool smelled a little fishy at times and others thought the same. Notified front desk. Loud the last night due to domestic fight next door and notified front desk. Lots of door slamming at night.

What was there not to like? We absolutely loved this property. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was great, the property was beautiful and well kept up. The pool and hot tub were clean and on point, our room was awesome! It had three balcony’s and the shower was president worthy. The free limo service is extremely unique. This hotel made us not only feel welcome but important.

We liked everything.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and delicious. We loved the hotel and we wished we could of stayed more than 1 night. We will definitely stay there again when we come back up for another vacation.

I can't think of anything we didn't like about the place.
