Breakfast had a lot of options, was nice. The staff kept checking on the food and keeping the area clean, great job. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I want one of those pillows!

At checkin, the nice man helping us did not tell us about breakfast. We figured on the way to our room they must have breakfast because we seen the little area for it. So it would have been nice to know the times for it when we checked in, but not really a big deal.

my room was on the end next to the stairs and all I heard was the kids next to my room running up and down the the hall way and stairs slamming doors all weekend into the very late evening. for the price I paid it was very irritating. people in the room next to me were slamming doors constantly, kids screaming and crying at 6am mom yelling at kid to shut up … when you spend more money at an expensive hotel you expect it to be a little more quiet I guess..

need to work on cleaning the rooms when guest stay multiple days. Give clean linens after 2nd day. I had to ask for them. my room was never cleaned during my stay. the gentleman that checked me in wasn’t the friendliest but maybe he was having a bad day.

The property was clean and safe

Parking was over full. Power outage caused an unexpected influx of patrons. Arrived early for booking hoping to get a room at 3am, the Hotel staff explained the unexpected urgency and offered us the ability to stay onsite until the morning. We slept in our truck until our room became available. They went over and beyond their obligation and gave me a bedsheet to cuddle up with and access to the facilities. After 19 hours on the road their hospitality was more than appreciated.

The breakfast was actually very surprising. Many healthy choices including fresh not canned fruit. Just the right size chobani yogurt. Doughnut holes. Delicious coffee with real half and half. Comfortable setting.

The TV station was awful.

The front desk associates were pleasant and they greeted me every time I walked through the door. Breakfast was delicious and they continued to clean surfaces.

With the COVID surge many people weren't wearing a mask.

The workout room was nice with updated treadmills. The King Suite was fantastic! The trundle bed/couch was neat.

The breakfast was skimpy. Hot breakfast instead of a "grab and go bag style" breakfast. The "Grab and Go" style bag left guests free to stuff a bag full of muffins and nutrigrain bars leaving very little for other guests. About 9am, there was hardly anything left on the breakfast bar and a service attendant never refilled for the guests coming down between 9am-10am.

This hotel was clean. All the staff members were kind @ friendly. Location was near a highway exit. I stayed for a week because I had surgery. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet & the rooms were bright & cheery. Each room has a coffee machine, mini fridge & microwave. The bathroom was huge. There was a separate sitting area & desk space which was convenient for doing work or putting your make-up on. There is also a walk in closet with tons of room. My daughter & I were able to unpack all of our stuff & store our suitcases in the closet. This kept the space looking tidy since they don’t clean the rooms daily because of COVID. The front desk or any of the cleaning staff were happy to provide clean sheets, towels or anything we needed during our stay. My 17 year old daughter got around with ease. There were lots of restaurant options & a nice mall that was close by. There is also a pool & exercise room. The lobby had a nice sitting area that was always clean. Our stay included breakfast. Great place & a great value.

The breakfast was horrible. Bacon and eggs. The bacon was okay. The eggs were definitely not real eggs. I can eat just about anything but I could not get them down. Strange dry texture and horrible taste. The gal that was serving was wonderful. So friendly and kind. She could put a smile on anyone’s face.❤️ We are visiting again in April because of the comfort of this hotel. We have already decided that we would bring a coffee cake with us. We regularly visit a hotel in Chicago and they serve Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that are prepackaged. Maybe you should consider something like that. The sausage is good and it’s obvious they use real eggs.

From the moment you walk in you can see how well SpringHill keeps everything clean, and how much they care to provide a great experience for their guests. I enjoyed the gym, the breakfast was great, and the suite was perfect. 10/10 would recommend.
