Hyatt Place Biloxi

The breakfast was fantastic. the room was nice and clean. I wish we were around more to enjoy the pool

Checking in was the really only negative part of the stay. First, there was no one at the counter when I got there. I stood there long enough for 3 more couples to stand in line and wait to be checked in. When the girl finally showed up from outside she never made eye contact, barely acknowledged me, never smiled or seemed the least bit interested in being there, let alone helping me. Horrible first impression. Through email we were told we could have a free cocktail because we were celebrating our anniversary. Once again, not acknowledged or followed through.

My room was available before check in, what a fantastic surprise! Room was exceptionally spacious and clean. Refrigerator in the room was great! I was pleasantly impressed there was a bathroom fan! I’ve never stayed at a hotel that had a vent. Very helpful when you’re taking a hot shower to get rid of the steam. The beds were soft, comfortable and roomy Haven’t slept this great in a long time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot, delicious and plentiful, what a treat!

Every thing was great! There is nothing bad to say.

The staff was amazing. Friendly and quick to help with any issues The breakfast was delicious every morning with options for everyone. Love how close it was to everything we wanted to do.

Didn't know I had to request our room to be cleaned the day before we wanted it cleaned. And when I did request a full service clean they didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom at all. They only made the beds with fresh sheets and replaced the towels. We were there for 10 nights and wanted a full clean halfway through our stay. If you're wanting something more I guess you have to request EXACTLY what you want.

Breakfast buffet was great, the best we've had since Elk City, OK. Grits, South of St Louis would be nice 👌. Thank you, we sincerely enjoyed or mini-vacation, Birthday-Thanksgiving !! The staff was exceptional 👏 👌 🙌. Gw Ec Roberts, Mandeville, Louisiana 2022

Happy hour bar was disappointing, because there wasn't anyone staffed. Waited 8-mins before acknowledgement then asked to wait. We went elsewhere! Jacuzzi wasn't convenient, especially for a senior couple, struggling to walk out 100 yards, navigate around plants, and evergreens, dimmly lighted (looks good, but not functional). Architecture is beautiful but designers should walk the walk, better yet ask their senior family members to test the trek ... really 🤔!

We had a great view of the beach. Our shower and bed were massive. The lobby and breakfast area were beautiful. The food was probably the best I have ever had for a free hotel breakfast. The fireplace next to the pool was a cool addition.

The pool was not open during our stay. The room was smaller than we expected. The room wasn't as well stocked as we expected it would be. Limited nearby restaurants to the hotel when compared to the casinos you could stay at.

What did we like? The staff. They were supper great upon check-in until check-out. The 24/7 bar suffered because Hyatt never followed through in restocking the bar but the ladies in charge came up with plenty of solution to keep the customers satisfied.. William And shame on you Hyatt for making the staff suffer because of your lack of delivering supplies when needed.

Logistics, you, Hyatt, failed these folks running this hotel as in supplies.

The location, seeing the beach from our window, the front desk staff. The kitchen staff made some great, tasting eggs each day. Breakfast was great each morning beth in the kitchen i met i didnt meet Samatha and their manager i didnt meet, however their breakfast was great. The cleaning staff great job to all of them. I had conversation with one young that was really great. Coming and going they would always greet. Check in and check out smooth. We had a great time in a beautiful, clean hotel. Outside nice and welcoming to sit and chill, nice pool area. My best trip and hotel stay, thus far. We travel every year for our birthdays 3rd year. The best.

Dogs, I have two dogs at home, but sometimes it was annoying, dogs barking at you unpon elevator doors opening. Passing up elevator ride, due to dogs. I know people love thier pets, however. Name tags on staff could be bigger then I could have named, names for my great service.

Breakfast was amazing, it almost always had my favorite foods & I loved grabbing yogurt or fruit for a snack at the beach after breakfast. front desk staff was SUPER friendly. Everyone at the front desk was helpful when I went to order from the kitchen or ask any questions about the area! When I lost my room key on the beach they were super helpful to help me get a new one even tho I didn’t have my ID. The cleaning staff went above and beyond. I had my pet with me, so they did not clean our room unless specifically requested. But they were great about leaving us towels, toiletries, and taking our trash. They would see us in the hallway, recognize us, and ask us if we needed anything that day. Above and beyond everyday. I even had a conversation with an employee in Spanish, and she helped me with my grammar when speaking. I cannot express how amazing and kind this staff was.

I wish breakfast lasted a bit longer but I am just a college student that likes to sleep in.

We liked everything. everyone was friendly, everything was clean and the breakfast was very good. liked having a bar and a restaurant when you don't feel like leaving they have a lot to offer. Our beds were comfortable for a hotel also.

When we got there they couldn't find my reservation. i had to probe that I had booked ahead of time. We booked through Booking. com and apparently they didn't send the information over like they were supposed to. It took a little while, but they found us and we were good to go after that.

Location is awesome, breakfast was great easy access in and out the view from our room, room was clean and very comfortable. The fact that we could bring our dog and she had very adequate space to potty! Staff treated us very well!

Some of the other guest were very disrespectful as far as cleaning up after them selves in the pool and fire pit area, they left towels, pizza boxes, napkins,cans, drink bottles all over!! Very agitated at how selfish and disrespectful to the property and other guests people are!
