The room was nice. Isaiah at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The fire alarm went off two times during our one night stay. It was so loud in our room the people in China could probably hear it. My husband went to the car that evening and because there isn't any light in the parking lot he fell and hurt himself quite extensively. I had to go to Walgreens and get all kinds of first aid to fix his abrasions on his arms. Put some lights in the parking lot!

Enjoyed the stay and the staff was friendly and welcoming

The pool was not in condition to use water cold due to heating pump not work so I was not able to enjoy myself with that and that was one of my main reason to stay there. They have an inside pool

It was very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was great. It was very welcoming.

The only thing I didn't like was the sight of all the wrinkles in the sheets and pillow cases. As I walked into the room, it really caught my eyes.

Breakfast had Waffles, eggs and sausage. Sweet attendant kept it clean. Check in gal was very friendly. Room was clean, with a plush comforter on bed. Bathroom had granite counters as did shower.

It had some minor update issues, but I would consider these very minor. It was a nice room. Pool was open but cold, according to my family.

There were buggers on the wall, hair on the sheets, stains on the sheets, blanket and floor, the bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned the frig was nasty and it the carpet was not vacuumed. After complaining they canceled our reservation and submitted a refund to booking.com but I have yet to see a refund. I will not ever stay here again and with the poor customer service from booking I will not ever use them again and let everyone I come in contact with know my experience and recommend they never stay at this hotel and never use Booking.com.

The staff and all were great I didn't have any problems getting checked in or out. The room was clean and I also liked the fact that it was on the first floor.

It just wasn't enough lighting in the room ,it was dim where we had to open the curtains to get more light

I liked the location that it was in.

Did not like the fact that he puts a holding fee that he takes off your card. I feel that booking a room online. That should have been told to consumers in the booking process.

My second time here . Check in was easy . The room smelled good and fresh like they just cleaned it which made me happy to know . Bathroom was a good size , beds was comfortable. It’s located in a good safe environment. Close to the shells gas station , Starbucks , Macdonald’s and zaxbys just to name a few . Close to a restaurant called the country kitchen . Check them out as well. As long as I’m in Jackson/Clinton this is my go to

We really enjoyed everything about it! The staff was ABSOLUTELY great! They were friendly, professional, and helped so much! The area was so nice and in distance of the activities we wanted to do. The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable! Now, I'm picky with my bed type and the bed was a little too hard for me. But other then that, we really enjoyed ourselves!

There was nothing that we really didn't like about it! It honestly was a good experience all around!

The staff was friendly and they offer hot breakfast

They have an indoor pool but it isn’t heated, so unusable in the colder months. Also someone burnt something in the lobby at 6:30am and the fire alarms went off.
