The hotel was quiet at night which made for a good night's rest. The people at the front desk were warm, friendly, and helpful. Whenever I needed paper towels or wash cloths they had them ready for me to pick up at the front desk. The kitchen area had a microwave, fridge and freezer and was stocked with dishes and silverware. Very nice.

I didn't like the way the heating and a/c unit sounded. It was too noisy for my liking. I was okay once I turned it off though. The water flow from the shower was moderate but manageable. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would stay again.

Good location close to everything. Room was clean. There was plenty of room for the family 👪.

Lots of lady bugs inside. Taxes and fees were very high. Some kind of convention center tax was added to the bill at checkout. Which was an additional 20 bucks for our stay that was not mentioned when we booked the room. when you are paying over 200 a night that is a bit much. And it is charged for everyday not just once.

I like how the staff is real friendly

Property was clean..the only issue I had is they can clean the bathroom a little better the tub and I seen blow dryer laying around from when someone else must used..but for the most part the room was cleaned good

Convenient location, excellent staff, full service bar and restaurant. Extremely clean rooms and facilities. There is nothing not to like about this place. From the moment of arrival to check out every staff member gave amazing customer service, plenty of parking, and so many amenities. Jay even checked in with us via text throughout our stay and gave excellent customer service throughout our duration. We will definitely stay at this location when passing through in the future.

clean room, ease/simplicity of check-in/check-out, clean bathroom, comfy bed. all in all it met my expectations

the breakfast was kind of bland. I understand its a free breakfast but my wife and i didnt even finish our meal and we went and grabbed whataburger breakfast in a rush

I thought the breakfast selection was smaller than other hotels, but the coffee was good.

The remote in our room stopped working and the paper towel above the kitchen sink was very scarce and should have been replaced before check-in.

The Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and I would stay here again!

The breakfast was sparse and slow. Lobby full of hungry people and they couldn't keep up.

Neat , clean and roomy accommodations. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast has many options.

Not that I didn't like it but the waffle batter did not taste fresh. Everything else was very good.

The front office staff was exceptional! Marion was a huge help and so polite! We were able to cook in our room with the free use of a cook top and skillet. Thank you!

Everything was great! Housekeeping brought us extra towels when needed, and we could schedule room service when we needed it.

I love the property it was very clean. I told the lady at the front desk this was the first place that I’ve ever stayed at that’s pet friendly and it was as clean as it was, I would definitely stay there again if I needed to.
