The hotel is in absolute pristine condition. I’m assuming it’s brand new. It literally couldn’t have been any cleaner. The beds were super comfortable. (and I have a very bad back, so that’s saying a lot!) The staff at the front desk both evening and morning were so friendly. We really appreciated that after a long day on the road.

We paid $400 for 2 rooms. Ouch. The breakfast was basically nonexistent. All the food items were gone. No plates, cups, etc. It honestly was a mess. BUT- I have a feeling this was due in large part to staff shortage. I’m guessing they simply didn’t have anyone to take care of it, especially for the large amounts of people that were down there.

It was in the perfect location for the surgery center and with restaurants and shopping not far away

I was specific with my bathroom of choice when I made my booking due to me having surgery but they assign me a different room without the accessible bathroom. They were unable to change my room because they were booked even with people checking out.

Every staff member I came across was very kind and personable. Even at 4 am when I came to ask a question, the gentleman was friendly and attentive. The meal and beer on Tuesday night was good and dining area was clean.

There were lots of hairs on the floor in the bathroom, like it needed one more sweeping. The pool water was murky as well.

The room was big and clean.

We booked this hotel for the pool and when we got there it was "closed due to maintenance." It's disappointing that I paid more than I usually would just so my family could enjoy a pool and didn't even get to use it. I booked just a few days before arriving so I feel like there should have been a note in the description if the pool was closed.

Great location - convenient to airport, downtown and interstate. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts and evening receptions were appreciated.

Room was quiet and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, but there was too much exterior light infiltration for my liking - longer curtains or weighted curtains would help.

Everything was immaculate and the staff was so friendly Great location as well We were traveling with 4 generations and needed a place accommodate all needs. This place was PERFECT. We all had plenty of room and we’re all very comfortable. If this can handle all of us, it can handle anything. Wonderful stay!!

Clean and location is good.

A rush job on the facility. Outlets behind bathroom mirror, couldn't plug anything in. Half of the outlets by the bed didn't work. Paint pealing in the bathtub. When we arrived the towl was wet and folded for us to use (we didn't). No laundry bags to use.

My 8 year old daughter left her special pillow she has had since she was 1, along with an expensive video game- the staff bagged her belongings and let me know they had her items. They were so kind and considerate (and honest!)- we will definitely be back to stay again!

Everything was great but the pool was pretty chilly.

The location was great and assessable to where I needed to travel.

I was very pleased with the property.

everything! this was my first time staying at a staybridge and I love how it came with a fully stocked kitchen, a living room, separate bedroom and super comfy beds!! my kids loved it I felt safe and next time we are in the area we will definitely be back! beautiful property. 10/10
