The man who worked the front desk was like a ray of sunshine! He was polite, very interactive. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I’ve never met anyone that actually appeared to be someone who worked in a place that that they loved. He looked like a person who was meant to do that position! Thanks for GREAT break on a long trip. And of course, the breakfast was GREAT as always!

The comfortable bed and also breakfast bar.

Very easy location, very close the the interstate I-20 and close to the venue we were attending. The two front desk men that checked us in were very friendly. Our room was very quiet....we didn't hear a soul the whole time we were there. Room was very clean and neat. Our bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was just microwave stuff or cereal. No fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, etc. There is a waffle maker however.

My Stay At Sleep In Suites was very Nice everything was real nice I failed in love with the panel and draperies the bed was so comfortable and the pillows I didn't want to leave . The person at the front desk said Ms Nichols you have time you can go back to sleep . I will wake you up in time for your plane It was just great service. I will be back.

There was no complaints

I became unable to drive and had to stay one more day. Guest and staff were amazing. Restaurants were none existent in walking distance. Truckers broken down are screwed. Or $28 pizza. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Three truck accidents and dangerous parking. They need a lot. 💯

Coffee available in the airpots should be until 9/10 PM late check-ins need it. Smoking outside. 🤦🏽‍♀️👍🏾 One bench. Really? More sitting handicap ppl smoke too or read. All sun no shade from the building.

We traveled from Little Rock, AR, and i had booked a layover stay in Pearl on our way to Pensacola. When we arrived, it was right about midnight. Check-in was easy and without any issue. The night clerk was great. The bed was soft and comfortable. The room and bathroom were pretty clean.

It was an older property but it was very clean and well maintained. That means more to me than the most modern fixtures.

The bathtub had a grab bar but it had no texture so if your hands were wet or a little soapy, it offered no help whatsoever. It might even be something to hit while you fell.

The night desk clerk was super helpful. We had to leave at 3 and while breakfast wasn’t scheduled until 6 there was a little grab and go available a little early which ws nice. Close to airport which I needed. Close to Walmart/cvs/Applebees/Chick-fil-A/ newks etc…easy access from I-20. Would stay here again.

My only complaint was the shower: pressure wasn’t great and the curtain wouldn’t stay closed and needed replacing.

This is the best hotel by far since I have been in Jackson on business, I didn't have to worry about barking noise all through the night or stepping in pet poop !!! HIP HIP HOORAY

The price could be a lil lower from time to time

Friendly staff clean and well kept location was idea had to go out for dinner but was close to restaurants overall it beat my expectations all around

The city had very little for a couple to do for fun or leisure but not the hotels fault

It was affordable clean and location was close to where my son needed to be for his Reading Fair competition

The parking lot could be a little bit bigger and and it didn't help that a truck with a long trailer took up 5 parking spots close to the road
