The room had an issue so I spoke to the desk clerk. He was very accomodating even though he was bit skeptical at first. The new room was a larger so we benefited from it. Later, the same clerk mentioned to me in passing, "it was really loud!" The issue was a running toilet. It ran all night but I shut the door. Problem solved for a while. The door constantly swung open unless you shut it all the way.

Gracious staff! From the front desk at initial check in, the breakfast attendant, the maintenance guy to the maids in the hallway, to the last desk clerk (weekend guy versus the weekday lady) were courteous, kind, smiling and willing to meet my needs at a moment's notice. I can't remember anyone NOT having a smile on their face or a friendly greeting.

The hotel was good. The room was good. Needs better tables and cabinets in the room. My table has circles and paint missing. The cabinet with the TV on it you open the door for the fridge it needs attention. ReLly bad. The hotel doors to the rooms some are warped. Big gaps in between the doors and facings. But great prices.

Loved the biscuit's and gravy for breakfast. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfy. Overall my fiancee and I had a great time and the pool was the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back!!

The only thing we didn't like was the fact we had to leave!

the location and the price of the location was amazing. on top of this, the staff was really nice and helped me with everything. they were also pet-friendly, which was awesome

the room was a little dirty and a lot of the facilities were out of order or closed to the public. I wanted to work out, but the workout center was closed

Breakfast was very well stocked and tasty. Staff was pleasant and there when needed. The lobby was clean

Area was sort of out of the way and the drive way needed pot hole repair. Pool was extremely small

The staff at the front desk was nice, the rooms was clean,the bed was comfortable and the place exceeded my expectations. When we are in the area again we will stay here most definitely

No breakfast due to Covid-19, did have hot coffee though. Room was clean. No issues with not having daily clean. Wife would have disinfected anyway. When towels or toiletries were needed, just asked front desk.

Had no issues. With the hot days, would have liked pool open. With Covid, understand why it was closed.

Overall the stay was great. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean, and the beds very comfortable. The price was affordable and the stay was great. We would definitely stay again.

The only complaint is not having a shower curtain when we arrived and the air was not on in the room. The shower curtain wasn't in the room which was inconvenient because we arrived late that night but the staff at the front desk was very nice and apologetic. The air wasn't turned on, so the room was hot when we arrived. It took a little while to cool it off which wouldn't have been so bad but it was late and we were ready for bed.
