Nice accommodations, good breakfast, very nice housekeeping and breakfast staff.

Slightly overpriced and I didn't care for the surly young lady at the desk when we left. I told her we were checking out, held up the room key cards and asked if she needed anything from me and she pointed at the box for me to put the cards in and said "Nope" with a look like I was bothering her. No smile, no thank you, not even a kiss my foot. Mind you, there was no one else there for her to take care of.

The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Lots of family but hotel room was still quiet.

Breakfast was great and so was the location!! Staff was very friendly and clean room.

The luggage carts were hard to find when we checked out, so had to make several trips to load up. Staff says people keep them in their rooms which should not be allowed.

Relationship and payment issues at front desk when we checked in. Not certain if Bookings or Hampton caused situation. My bank account received a full Ed of money yet our 2 nd room was rejected and drakes asked if I. Oils go ahead and pay for second room. The answer was. Firm no it took phone calls four adults an a desk clerk to finally solve the dilemma. Word to your desk clerks. Good that you didn’t just give a the room. BAD that you asked us to pay for it again. Say we will contact bookings com immediately and resolve it. I am sick of hotel clerks bitchingabout not contacting them directly. THE ONLY REASON WE KNEW YOU EXISTED WAS BECAUSE of such companies. I believe Bookings screwed up but I hate the onus of the mistake being shoved onto the customer

Staff was friendly. Facilities very clean. Bed very comfortable.

If you are short, then you might have some trouble in the room. Bed is higher and the bathroom soaps/shampoos are secured up high on the wall. So bring your own body and hand soaps and shampoo. Parking lot is close together and small in front.

I was awakened twice by maintenance to fix cable The first time was 9am with a knock on my door The second time maintenance called my room at 9:30 am and stated they wanted to check the cable Frankly, I was trying to sleep Did not want to be disturbed I was NOT interested in the cable!

Everything... also the staff went above and beyond to make sure a special treat for bride and groom was safely tucked away in their freezer

The Hotel is very nice and the rooms were kinda small but comfortable. You don't have to turn the AC up high cuz it'll be very cold considering the room size. The breakfast was great and the Easter decor was very nice.

The small rooms and not enough pillows on the bed, plus there really wasn't any drawers for your clothes.

I liked that it was clean and neat

there was not a lot of parking and we had no curtain to close, it was just the sheer piece which was ok but the moon was shining directly in so it wasn’t dark at all.

Clean nice property. Room was nice and cool (in 100 degree weather). Liked the mini fridge and microwave.

Somewhat expensive. Water took awhile in shower to get hot.
