The desk clerk at check in was very nice and accommodating when we requested an extra blanket. The gentleman at the desk the following morning was friendly. The room was clean and very nice, so nice to have a fridge.

I don't why rooms in the Hattiesburg area are so expensive. There wasn't a good nightlight in the room, it was either very bright, or dark...no dim light options. A lamp with usb charging ports or receptacles with usb charging ports would've been a great asset. The breakfast could've been better, not just toast and yogurt.

The room was very clean, and the room really resembled the pictures. Sometimes that is not the case. The location was prefect, just 5 minutes from our family.

There were no usb outlets, fortunately, I had a plug in for my phone in my car, which meant I had to go out at night to get it to charge my phone. There was also no lamp on the nightstand, so that was inconvenient, when we went to bed.

bed was comfortable. room was clean. 3 restaurants just a short walk away and many more close by. staff was very friendly.

we have stayed here several times on our way to Florida and it is starting to show its age a bit. water damage around the shower and stuff like that. also, if you have to plug in something like a cpap machine by the bed you have to get down on your knees to access the receptacle under the bedside table, which is attached to the wall. someone didn’t think that one thru.

bathroom floor dirty, breakfast definitely doesn’t exist, several men at the common area my daughter felt very uncomfortable because this, the front desk attendant was very “mm” when we arrived, just check in and bye, no asking if you need anything or just asking how you doing :/

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, I mean super soft, and it smelled fresh, and bathroom was clean also. The shower sprayer pressure was awesome, felt like a massager, and the breakfast sandwiches were good, and the fountain cokes were the best I've tasted in a long time. I will recommend this hotel. And I will stay here again on my next visit. 😊

The toilet tank was very slow to refill so you had to wait between flushes but it was just two of us. One wall outlet was really loose the plug kept falling out, but they had plenty of other outlets, and the front door would slam so loud. But nothing major I couldn't deal with. I will stay here on my next visit. 😊

The location was perfect for us. Restaurants and shopping was close for our overnight stay. Package breakfast and fresh fruit was good. We enjoyed the available coffee and fountain drinks in the breakfast area. All of the staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay again on our way to the beach next time.

Would have given a 10 except our room was right across from the elevator which was a little noisy. Other than that the hotel is a 10. We didn’t have an ice machine on our floor so we had to go up to another floor for ice.

Clean, quiet, courteous staff, and close to places we were here for.

The breakfast was lacking, not much of a hot breakfast. Great coffee tho. Several buses, u haul and a truck and trailer taking up a lot of the parking spaces.

All I can say is WOW!!!! The Staff was so helpful and Pleasant. I wish I could remember all the people that worked at the hotel cause they were all AMAZING!!!!! Will definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful Stay!!

Everything! The room was better than we expected! Rooms and hotel was extremely clean. The pillows we amazing and the bed was very comfortable. We left at 4 am and the person at the front desk gave us breakfast and was very nice.

It was easy to check in, and the staff did a great job in all aspects. We had a very clean room, and even though we weren't expecting linen changes, we had them. The attentiveness to breakfast was very thorough and kept refreshed well.
