The location was convenient on our route home from our trip. We were looking for a clean and comfortable place to spend the night before hitting the road again on our drive. This was it. The price was not as good as some I have had for higher end rooms along this same route but it was still good. The hotel and the rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was better than I expected and the eating area was not crowded on the day we were there. (I notice that now.) The location required several turns using the gps to find it but we did. It looks close to the interstate (and is) but getting there requires some maneuvering in the car as you weave your way around to their parking lot.

A couple of signs along the route as we tried to find the parking lot would have been very helpful.

Conveniently located, this was the best place we could have chosen to stay. It was as large as an apartment, with a kitchen/living area, separate bedroom, and a huge bathroom with access from both. We were there until our home closed and had more than enough space. Almost everyone there had a pet with them and talking with others, everyone was delighted with the hotel.

Hampton Inn and this hotel share the same lobby, and while we were there the same breakfast area. There were a lot of young people that seemed to be teams of some kind and they were short on manners and the staff seemed to cater to them, as many seemed about the same age. When checking in we were not sure about a check out date. We left a day early and the computers were down but the employee said that they would adjust our bill. When we received the credit card bill, it had not been adjusted and I had to call back to get a credit which took two months.

I thought the place was incredibly clean, and it was much more comfortable and had more amenities than I was expecting. A+.

The gentleman that checked us in was especially friendly. Nice building overall. Comfortable room. The bar looked very inviting.

I was disappointed that there wasn't a free breakfast. The elevator was very difficult. It took some time to arrive once the button was pushed.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good. The facility was clean. The rooms were large and comfortable.

Would have liked to have had better cleaning during my stay. I stayed 6 nights, only asked for cleaning twice. It was done once and not thoroughly done in the bathroom.

Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had

Need more luggage carts. Other guest took the ones they had the night before and kept them in their rooms. Not really on the hotel. But more would be nice since this is a two company hotel

The entire staff was friendly and courteous from the moment we checked in! Everyone we came into contact with had a smile and said hello! The breakfast each morning was also great! The rooms and the entire facility was clean!

There was nothing that didn’t like

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Towels were plentiful and plush. The breakfast was awesome! Several hot choices and lots of fresh fruit, grains, and cereals. The breakfast area was very clean and had several areas for seating.

The lady serving breakfast was super sweet and funny! We loved her! We had breakfast there Friday July 23rd.

The receptionists were not very welcoming, not speaking to guests when they walk in the entrance.

Home2 feels like home, especially with the kitchen in the room. We stayed the night of moving your clocks forward and almost missed breakfast the next morning. They kept it open a few extra minutes for me to get something. Very friendly staff.
