PRICE BEFORE COVID THIS ROOM WAS 100 IM SURE THERE ARE BUSINESS ACCTS THAT CAN STAY AT 100 STILL REGULAR PEOPLE CANT EITHER, I TRIED TO BOOK ON BEST WESTEWR SITE AND USE MY POINTS THEY SAID I DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH POINTS AND DID NOT OFFER A REDUCED RATE AND USE MY POINTS, WHEN I LOOKED AT THE REGULAR RATE BOOKING.COM BEAT IT 20 $ SO MUCH FOR MY PREFERED MEMBERSHIP AND POINT USAGE

we were there to take care of family after surgery. it was so close to surgical center. the 2queen beds with sofa was just what we needed. perfect location with lots of food places as well as shopping. you couldn’t beat the coffee all day offered and the breakfast had anything you could possibly want.

I’m 4’11” tall making the beds at least 3” too tall for me to climb into.

I liked that there was a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Plus, the room was spacious.

Even though I had asked for a non-smoking room, the one we got REEKED of old cigarette smoke. Since I am allergic to cigarette smoke, this was a true detriment. In addition, the noise from the upstairs guests above us was irritating. As far as the shower was concerned, the fact that there were no hand rails or surfaces/ledges for shampoo and razors, etc., made me feel unsafe.

there was no carts yo get your items up An down , we were with a wedding party An we had a lot if items An 2 carts for the hotel 😡 really.. An ask the lady ( Orange/reddish hair) at desk, she told me to go up An down halls An each floor to find one ..😡 which there wasn’t any.. then ask her to call my room if one came down available, she said she would. but when made last load down, there was a small one right in front of her An she’s had her head down in her phone😡 so our morning was with her was miserable.!!

The staff was very nice. The property was clean and well kept.

The texture of the eggs were a bit strange. I woudn't say they were bad only they were different than I usually see. I would also have liked a hot breakfast on Monday.

Overall, this hotel was an excellent choice. The staff was professional, overall the facility and room was clean. Additionally, the hotel is close to several restaurants.

My only critique would be to better clean the bathroom. There were a couple of spots on the shower that could of easily been cleaned. One of the most important parts of a hotel experience is cleanliness of bathroom. The user wants to assume they're the first one in the room.

Waffles were wonderful as always. And I am not a breakfast person.

Staff was great! They did have trouble finding my reservation when I had called earlier in the day but check in went smoothly

Breakfast was sufficient. Only "hot" dish was oatmeal; eggs or grits also would have been nice! Location was convenient and centrally located. Room was pleasant, clean, & comfortable. Room & bathroom & shower were large.

Some type of slip prevention in shower would have been wonderful! A mat or at least one "balance" handle would have made bather more at ease.

The property was wonderful. The staff was very friendly.

The bathroom was small for the room and the shower could have been cleaner in the corners and could use another rail on the inside.

Coffee was good and always available but all choice of creamers were highly sweetened. No alternative provided. Had to raid in room coffee service packets until I bought half and half to use!
