Large, comfortable, clean room, also had a large bathroom. We enjoyed our stay for two nights. Breakfast was very good. The staff at the front desk also was very attentive. The showerhead in our bathroom barely let any water out, sediment build-up like we have at home. After I asked if they could do something, they were there to change it out very quickly. Just like most motels the water pressure is sparse, and this was the case, but at least water could come out. We appreciated the prompt attention and I mentioned the next morning thanking the clerk.

Showerhead did not work well, it was clogged with sediment. Water pressure also was low, but the staff changed it out quickly.

The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and beds very comfortable!! The desk clerks Tammy and Amanda were very helpful with directions to the places we wanted to go to tour. Very nice ladies and made our stay more enjoyable!! The Holiday Inn Express is very fortunate to have such nice desk employees as these two ladies, they were the best!! I will definitely go back there if I am ever again in the area!!

Everything was great, bed was comfortable. The king suite accommodated our family. The breakfast was great. It's not the traditional continental breakfast. Everything was clean in our room.

I called Friday and let them know I needed to extend our stay 1 more night, the manager let me know he made the change and check out would be Sunday. When we got to the hotel Friday night the lady at the counter said she only had us down for 1 night and they were booked for the next night. That was frustrating, especially when I was told earlier that we were down for 2 nights. We ended up at a different hotel for the next night... This will not stop us from staying at the Holiday Inn again though :)

Our room was perfect for our short stay in Laurel … the staff was very friendly and our room was clean and we didn’t even have to ask for new towels !!!! We will recommend staying at your hotel to others !!!

We were completely satisfied with our experience at your hotel !!! We were surprised and excited how close it was to downtown Laurel !!!!

The amenities in the room, the ambient lighting in the room, the provision of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The breakfast was wonderful and the food and dining area were very clean.

The woman working the front desk the evening we arrived was doing something on her phone when we arrived. I was the one who had to greet her first. It took her a minute to put away her phone and my husband had to work to get a smile or much verbalization from her. He is very good at telling clean jokes and getting people to engage. This just doesn’t seem like this is the customer’s responsibility. However, The woman working the desk in the morning was everything I would expect. She was very cordial, pleasant, engaging.

Room was cleaned. Easy to get to the hotel off the interstate.

The room that was above us had squeaking floors. We were trying to sleep and we had to put up with that till midnight. Whoever it was kept walking around late then up early the next morning. When we got up on the 2nd day, we went to get coffee. We didn't realize on weekends that breakfast was open at 7. We sat down, drank a cup of coffee. We needed a napkin and the cabinet where the extra stuff were was open. I saw a pack of napkins so I went to get one. I guess the lady that supplies the breakfast area saw me take a napkin and walked in a few minutes later and shut the cabinet. She walked in the area and looked mad. Didn't say good morning so I did to her. To me she was kinda rude

Each Holiday Inn is different so my expectations were definitely exceeded. I was so happy with how clean and fresh it was.. there was even a Keurig in the room. And a chaise lounger! Breakfast was outstanding.. it seemed the biscuits were made from scratch. Everyone was friendly. Great place. And so is Laurel!

Staff was super friendly, breakfast was awesome and great location. Beds were soft.

Our shower door wouldn’t close and the water pressure was low. Shower didn’t appear clean had hair on the walls and stains on the shower floor. Beds are very high and hard to climb into.

I was charged $251.33 but was suppose to be charged $222.36. I questioned it as we were leaving. She said it would change after the room was checked out. It hasn't changed as of 12:30 today.

The rooms seem to have uploaded since my last stay a few years ago. The rooms were clean, as well as the common areas. The continental breakfast was tasty and filling.

There were no rooms available for early check-in. Fortunately, i have family in town.
