upon arrive no towels in room, coffee pot in room nothing to make coffee with room has water stains n grim in bathroom receptacles were all used with extension cords n 4-5 things plugged into outlets ac would not get below 75 degrees

Came too Laurel Mississippi because of HGTVs Hometown, Your employees at the hotel, were excellent on customer service , Priscilla Daniels, went out of her way to make sure I enjoyed my stay in Laurel. Planning to come back to Laurel in a few months and will stay at the Quality Inn.
