the location of the hotel is perfect and stunning views.

the staff weren’t as accommodating as one would expect at a hotel like that. There was constant thumping from the room above our room late at night and early in the morning. the breakfast was very mediocre and a more self serve would be better. I understand the Covid protocols but the cereal wasnt even out on display and the variety of hot food is on par with the cheaper motels.

The staff was wonderful---from front desk, check in and check out and of course the breakfast staff---everyone was very nice and appeared to want to make sure they did their part to make your stay an enjoyable one.

It really was not a big negative, it just surprised me that there wasn't soap by the bathroom sink to wash my hands. I used the soap dispenser over the tub--keep in mind, this was a run to the restroom when I first got to the room and before unpacking. Later I had my own soap that I unpacked and had available in the bathroom.

Hotel is nice, but its age shows a great deal, esp in rooms. I feel they need to update a few things like bedding, carpet, among few other things. We liked that it was within walking distance to many of the restaurants and shops. Decorations in the lobby were beautiful.

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk to check us in. I found a young gentleman cleaning glass in the hall, so he went to try to find her. We waited a few minutes before she arrived. I understand people have to step away, but there should be a sign placed on the counter stating they had to step away, but someone would be with them shortly.

Great stay - right at the water! - and loveliest place to be around sunset. Breathtaking view! Overall a comfortable stay, big room, coffee machine, tv, it’s all there. Breakfast was very good: lots of options and super friendly service! Would be even better with some more fruit in its offering.

I am not a huge fan of carpet in hotel rooms but the rooms were super clean so this was not an issue at all! Breakfast - which was better than in most hotels, especially at this price -I would enjoy even more with some fresh fruit / produce with it.

The breakfast was great however I wish it could have been a little more of it. I understand everyone has to eat but I sure did want seconds. The grits was awesome ! The service was excellent also so thanks to the staff also.

Everything was great and I don’t have a complaints. Keep up the great work and I will surely be booking again. I also will be telling my friends and colleagues about my awesome hometown hospitality that we was given!

The location is the best in Natchez if you want to just walk out to the bluffs to overlook the river! The room was nice and roomy - absolutely no complaints. The breakfast they serve is outstanding and the servers were very nice!

There are two things that could have made it a wee bit better. One is if we had been able to get a room with a full view of the MS river. The second would be if it were less expensive, but it was New Year's Eve and it is perfectly suited for a quick walk to the bluffs to watch them.

The room was okay for one night . . more than that and I would have booked somewhere else. We paid $200 for a king and there was no refrigerator or microwave. Granted it was just for one night, but still. I like options. The mattress was way too soft. We both woke up with back pain. People like different comfort levels and somewhere between soft and firm would be ideal. The CONVENIENCE of breakfast onsite was a plus, however most of tge hot food was microwaved. The grits may have been made that morning as well as the bacon and biscuits. Pretty sure it was liquid eggs. Please use COMMUNITY COFFEE the brand currently served is trash. (very bitter)

While I am aware Mississippi is a southern state and Natchez in particular is steeped in history of enslaved people, racism and the like, the picture of "Plantations along the Mississippi" hung on the wall in the room is insensitive and, in my opinion, should be removed. You may as well hang a confederate flag at the entrance. For that reason alone, I would not stay again. Who's in the DEI department? That's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. And please don't respond with it's a "part of history." There are no pictures of Hitler in a hotel...anywhere!

Location is perfect for Nachez. There’s a huge parking lot at the back of the hotel. You pay a “resort fee “ of about 14$ a day which includes the parking. I guess that’s why it doesn’t show ad free parking in booking.com Great water pressure and temperature nice and hot. Clean. And clean white towels.

Staff didn’t seem very friendly or happy. Breakfast has a few hot options but there’s so much plastic and paper waste: cutlery, plates, cups, butter in tiny plastic containers.

Went down for breakfast 10 minutes before advertised closing time and everything was cleaned up and closed!!😡
