I expect a lot less from a Super 8. This hotel was super clean, the staff courteous and engaging. The breakfast was something I expect more from an Embassy Suites, but was actually even better than that. This is definitely a place where I will stay again. Ample and easy parking, including several easy in/out long spots for boat and trailer pullers. Nice Walmart, McDonalds, and Taco Bell within spitting distance.

Not much to not like. The wifi could stand an strength upgrade as service at far end room was a bit weak, The lamps had a combination of cool white and soft white lights. Should be uniform (and should be soft white IMO). If one complains about bulb selection then there isn't much to complain about. Nothing that would detract from a 10 rating!

I liked the location of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. My room was spaces, clean, and no password for wifi. They started breakfast early for those who were ready to get rolling.

I did not like the single entry door into the building, made it a little hard caring luggage. There was too much stuff around the elevator, again, made caring luggage difficult.

I was very impressed. I know Super 8 hotels like a not perfect hotels , but this one is absolutely amazing. The lady on the reception was very friendly and the room was perfectly clean. Even when I touched the tops of the picture or mirror,there was no dust. Wow is only I can say. If we will travel this way in future,we will definitely stay here again.

Bed was a little softer than I prefer sleeping on. Water pressure was weak in shower but great temperature

Very nice, hospitable staff. Clean room. Location has has central access to stores, restaurants, etc.

A bit muggy/ damp, but there were de-humidifiers everywhere to help.

The room was spacious and laid out well. The staff was extremely polite and quick to help us with any needs. The location is great with department stores and multiple food options so close by with easy access to the highway.

The beds were quite hard, we would have had a much better stay if they had been a bit more comfortable. We also had some trouble with our key card, the locks at the side entrance were convenient, but they were difficult in reading the card and had to make several attempts before it would unlock.

Both were great.

It would be nice to have a magnifying mirror ; one that adjusts but attached to wall. They're inexpensive but wonderful to put makeup on or for shaving.

Breakfast was fine. Far better than any other Super 8 we have stayed in which is 4 or 5 other ones Check in gal so nice, funny, friendly, welcoming. Very thorough telling us what time breakfast was next day,

Well the eggs were weird not sure they were real eggs , could have a waffle maker?

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our check-in was easy and quick. The room was cleaned well. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was tasty.

Everything was great at this hotel.. Clean room, good beds and pillows and was very impressed with the hot breakfast, my 1st at a Super 8. It was a great overnight stay... Way to go Super 8 Bowling Green
