Wow, the suite was fantastic. Big beautiful jacuzzi tub, nice strong shower, super soft sheets, even complimentary bottled water. Large reserved parking lot and an extremely walkable location! Will definitely stay here again if we come back to town. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

The confirmation emails weren't clear on which Lighthouse Hospitality address we should go to, so we were a little confused until the owner texted that morning with the address and check-in instructions. FYI if you book a Riverside Suite, it's on Bird Street.

Two separate rooms with a door in between makes it really nice.......husband liked the spa bathtub and the bed was comfortable.....nice view out of bay window .......very clean .....keyless entry was nice with extra security at downstairs door....great location close to everything.......two tvs one in each room......xomplimentary water bottles in fridge and a few snacks ......keurig coffee maker fridge and microwave

really everything was very nice but did miss having a full length mirror there was only one mirror at vanity in bathroom....also the only seating in sitting area is a small loveseat which is kinda small for two people if you want to stretch your legs or something.....we just were forced to cuddle which was fun anyway.....maybe another chair or bigger couch in there would be nice....somebody cooking near us was really strong in our room the door needs better seals you can see light through it.......all suggestions that in no way ruined our stay just things that might help

This place does everything right. Super easy check in, and great downtown location. Bed was comfortable, sheets were the softest I've experienced at a hotel, more than enough towels, large walk-in shower, large jacuzzi tub, great little coffee maker. Excellent all around with the things they could control.

Only one issue, but it is NOT the fault of the lovely people who own this fine place. The train ran a few times all four nights I stayed. I hate that for this property, as they do everything right!

We had a comfortable one-night stay and had all we needed. These units share a building and entry with a Mexican restaurant; however, we did not experience any odor issues during our stay, and the room ventilation worked fine. The building is close to the river and the sitting area by the window provided a nice view of it. Smart TV and wifi worked fine, and there were some snacks provided. :) In the sitting area, was a nice jacuzzi-style tub that we didn't have time to use. The bathroom was clean and roomy and very well lit. The bedroom was dark with the exception of a small ceiling light that was lit up all night (a problem just about everywhere this day and age). The bed linens were not seeped in fragrance, which was super appreciated! Bedside reading lights worked great. Carpet was in great shape. We would return next time we are in Hannibal. Thanks, Jeff.

The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the river and all of downtown Hannibal. The building itself is gorgeous, and the history of the building itself made it that much more exciting to be staying there.

The cost was a bit much for what was actually provided. Not that this wasn’t an amazing location, it just was definitely on the pricier side. I can understand with it being in the downtown historic district of such a tourist driven town though that they would be able to charge such a rate with no problems.

The location is great, the room looked awesome, and the price was a great deal! We had a big window view of the river and the jacuzzi was really nice. Despite a restaurant downstairs, it was a quiet room and everything was clean and comfortable. It even had a kurig with a selection of coffees to choose from! Hands down the best place we've stayed at on our honeymoon roadtrip.

Besides technical difficulties with the TV, we've got nothing to complain about because the rest was perfect.

The location, the view, how responsive and helpful the staff was. We were able to walk and check out the historic town. The view was fantastic! We loved seeing the river, watching the boats and trains. If we had questions, all we had to do was text someone.

Honestly, I can't think of anything. The only downside to our room was that it didn't have a kitchenette that I thought we were getting. But that's ok. We made it work and didn't let that get to us.

We were traveling home from a holiday stay with our Son's family. We needed to find a Covid safe place to stay since I'm extremely immunocomprised. I found this room with that search criteria. It was accessible, clean, and the bonus was the tub and view! We even considered staying a second night. We found the location, then booked online. Their response was very quick.

There are a lot of stairs. Opening the hall door with the code was cumbersome for my husband each time, while bringing in everything that could not freeze in the car.

a unique hotel, nestled near the Mississippi River levy, a port and rail line. downstairs is a Mexican restaurant. upstairs are four suites. there is NO check in staff on duty, combination locks allow upstairs access and individual rooms. Stairs exist, but no elevators. I’m 68 with bad knees and the stairs with luggage can be a challenge. The restaurant can be loud UNTIL 900 pm, then it closes. The town is that way, very little open after 900. oh yeah, the hotel was known as a house of Ill repute in the past! the wi-fi password reflects that history.

Location is ok, close to the river. Close to the historic downtown and river area. Apartment was very clean. It makes you feel like staying longer.

The apartment sits next to a Bar that can be a little loud if you want to set on the balcony and enjoy the view and evening air. The music wasn't loud enough to hear from the bedroom side of the apartment tho. There are many doors and points of access to the whole apartment, that made me a little uncomfortable about security but it is a small town location. There is no personal contact, I received confirmation and instructions via text, which was fine for us, and response was quick when we had questions, but this may not be good for older customers.
