Since we had our own vehicle we could easily get to the entertainment strip and/ activities we wanted to. Someone without a vehicle would certainly find it difficult to get around and about. It would certainly be beneficial for Branson towers to have either a shuttle or vehicles to loan on a daily or hourly basis for the convenience of their guest. I am not sure how others without a vehicle manage to get around . I especially appreciated the help given in getting show tickets and the convenience of having our tickets delivered to the hotel. Breakfast till 10 was also nice for those of us who are not the earliest risers. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. We would definitely go back.

As I already mentioned, some kind of service to get people to their shows when they do not have a vehicle would probably be a great asset.

The location was perfect, close enough to attractions yet nestled up on a hill where you could see a lovely sunrise and sunset (I added a picture of each) We had a king room that was larger than expected, was clean, the bed was comfy and the tv had a super clear picture. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel had luggage carts which were great for out checking in & out! The breakfast offered hot & cold choices in a bright and cheery Gazebo at the end of the hall. They had a pool and hot tub in the pool house located in the courtyard area so you do need to go outside to get to it but it's not too bad. Hot Apple & Peach cobbler with ice cream was offered some of the late evenings out front where you check-in...so yummy!! I guess they don't do it all the time but it was a sweet bonus while we were guests! 🙂 There is so much to see in the area....We saw a show, did a tour, hiked a few different trails, saw the fountains and ate dinner at Branson Landing, and even played some pickleball with locals at Stockstill Park only 2 miles down the hill from the hotel.

The only thing I can think of is there wasn't any fresh fruit at breakfast which is always a nice option.

We stayed during the National Princess of America Pageant 2024, and it was so conveniently located. The 2 bed suite was exceptionally spacious! We could have had a few friends split the cost and still had plenty of room! We definitely would return for another week. They cleaned it often during our 9 day stay and they were so friendly.

Well, the kitchenette had a bit of breakfast food left in the cabinets from the previous guests. Easy to toss in the trash, but still felt a bit ick. We had our trash taken out daily, so it was no big deal.

We really enjoyed that it was close enough to everything , shopping , activities and restaurants very close and in every direction near the hotel, it was clean and our room was newly remodeled, the staff were very friendly and the heated pool was so nice to have available , breakfast was decent better than most for sure .

I didn't dislike anything about our stay but there's always room to improve continental breakfast that are served in hotels, but this one is definitely better than most, and the eggs were good and buttery not powdered and gross like the normal hotel breakfast .

Staff was great. Hotel and room were very clean. Room had an odor to it - not sure if it was from the cleaning products or if the room had been a smoking room in the past. Not offensive - just there, and only in the room, not in the hallways. Dessert on Friday and Saturday night - cherry and peach cobbler and ice cream. Probably would have been nicer a bit earlier. Don't really need to eat dessert that late, but that might be picky. Bed was comfortable.

If you know your way around Branson using the color coded routes, the location was great - very quiet and easy to access pretty much everything. If you don't know your way around, the hotel is a bit away from everything. Some places nearby to eat, but limited choices and way off the strip. Like I said, if you know how to use the routes - take time to learn these before you get there. They make your vacation a lot easier.

Very good location for access to anywhere you want to go in Branson. No complaints on the room / bathroom. Their included continental breakfast was really good. Front desk check-in and out was a snap. We did have some issues with the tv / cable access to certain channels. Although late, their maintenance personnel showed right up, was knowledgeable and tried to resolve the issue, but couldn't. He was very apologetic and offered to have us moved to another room (we didn't). We were very satisfied with our stay, especially after making the reservation less than a week in advance (late September). We also had the bonus of staying there during a military veteran's event at the hotel and it's always great being able to talk and spend time with them.

In my opinion the bed was a bit too soft, pillows way too big. Lack of a good window view kept me from saying this would be a good hotel for a romantic get-away.

I liked the setup of the hotel and the location. Not too crazy busy of an area. The hotel staff was super polite and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were doing a great job keeping up with a good attitude! Their pool was nice as well and I love how it's in the center of the hotel in its own little building.

The arcade room didn't have anything that really worked, didn't even have a puck for the air hockey table. The window in the room didn't have a latch to lock it, it was being held closed by a piece of pipe. The room could have been cleaned a little better.

It is a hidden gem, the staff actually takes the time to care about whatever you are saying and help you figure out the town. Ice cream social i thought was corny at first, I was wrong. It is a piece of Americana that we have lost somewhere, it was wholesome.

Breakfast was very filling with waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, and lots of cold options like cereal and pastries. Hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. The ice cream and cobbler at the end of the night was not only free but delicious. The hotel is a little dated but it is clean and well maintained. The shower area is small so if you are tall you will likely need to duck to reach the water. Also, these rooms are spacious. Easily accommodated our family of 4. An extra chair would be great for lounging, not needed, but a nice bonus since the room is large enough for it. Also, a ground hog had come up on the property in rough shape and an employee was giving him water and food to rehydrate and cool down which was kind.

If you turn left out of the hotel it is a little hard to see over the hill. Not a reason to not stay here, but just be more cautious when turning.

The first room that we had for two nights was really nice and comfortable…It was a king room & for disability… we wanted to stay another night because of the weather and we had to move to another room because this room wasn’t available…The room that they gave us was a BIG disappointment to us… it was a king room too, But, NOT for disability…NO place to sit, only office chair at the desk…other room had a office chair, another chair & a recliner… little table beside the recliner…and the carpet needed cleaned; it got my feet dirty after my shower…

We really liked the first king room that they gave us BUT, when we had to move to a different room BUT, it was a king room too with only one chair and carpet was dirty
