Staff was very patient and helpful! Room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Breakfast was ok. Very crowded and no place to sit. ( we skipped the second morning) Old toilet in room, very slow to fill and low . Tile in bathroom needs a good cleaning. Elevator was broken when we were leaving.

Room was nice and we hadn't realized the booking included breakfast. Breakfast was amazing! Nice and hot with alot of variety. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Minor issue, but our toilet was loose and rocked. Also, the toilets in general seems very low to the floor. Felt like we were using a toilet at a kindergarten classroom.

The location was perfect. Great breakfast and delicious cookies, cobbler and ice cream at night! Definitely will stay again when visiting Branson in the future!

The Savanna House is on a hill. There isn't any neighboring building close. My husband woke that morning and sat out front and drank coffee for a while. I slept in. The view is beautiful. In front of the hotel is the waterfall and pretty gazebo. But you can see for miles to the west. The breakfast and deserts at night were great. Rooms clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. This will probably be our new Branson home. I would recommend this hotel.

I just asked my husband if he had any dislikes or complaints. We say no. We would recommend to others.

I enjoyed the Christian music played in the lobby. The king room had a separate seating room which was nice. The hotel was located off the strip which was peaceful and had beautiful scenery but close enough to drive to all the attractions. Breakfast was good and even though we didn't go down for the evening dessert it was nice to know they offered it.

We wished there was a refrigerator in the room and a hot tub at the hotel. I used the restroom in the second building as we entered and here was no TP. I did let them know. We called the front desk to ask for additional items which they said they would bring but did not. It would be nice if the cleaning staff would knock on your door to see if you need any items since they have the cart on the floor. One time we did see them and got a few things.

Breakfast was hot and delicious each morning of our stay. Lots of variety. The dining area had plenty of room to sit. Some people ate outside, enjoying the nice view. They offer dessert in the evening. This is a must. Cobbler, cookies, and ice cream...very good. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and there was a mini fridge to keep our waters cold. Check in and out was quick. Staff were always friendly.

The parking was hilly, but so is much of Branson. There was no housekeeping during our stay. They did provide clean washcloths/towels/trash bags when we asked.

We've stayed at the Savanna House a few times and each time has been a positive experience. The location is good as traffic is never an issue to get to the hotel. You have to accept the hilly parking and make sure your parking brakes work. The property itself has always been clean. The breakfast is always hot and has enough variety. The evening cobbler and cookies are a favorite for all guests and you'll see many enjoying the goodies both in the breakfast area and outdoor overlook seating. The staff continously maintain the common areas, keeping floors mopped and such. We will be back.

Only thing this time was the mattress in our room seemed a little old and felt a bit saggy. Probably just time to replace it.

it was super clean! Staff was super friendly right when you check in they give you a great welcome & if you bump in to any staff through the halls they make ask if you need anything. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The beds were super comfortable, slept so well throughout our days there. The breakfast was delicious & the snack in the evening was all so great never had a hotel do that before.

The only issue we came across was the first blind fell right the morning after we arrived. Thankfully they had the second blind that helped us but we were sad we didn’t get to enjoy the natural light. Also thankfully it didn’t hit me but it’s best if maintenance would keep an eye on things like that.

Loved the room. Great view and spacious for our stay. It was a suite. Would probably request same room on return due to views. Very comfortable bed and couch. Breakfast especially enjoyed the french toast fingers and opportunities in two dining areas to choose from. Staff were great and trying very hard to accomodate.

More heavy cleaning. Jets in jacuzzi and under and in couch. Styrofoam on the floor behind TV. Odor in the room seemed from a spray bottle but after you were in it for a bit you got used to it. AC was noisy.

A summer destination for us, steep driveway would need to be kept clear to get on the property in winter (if entering by main drive). Two outdoor pools were operational, and the one by the main building was kept cleaner than the back pool. Some hotels we drove by didn't even have water in their pools yet. We were in the secondary building, which was kept clean. Key cards needed to enter, so felt safe. Daily breakfast and dessert in the evening. Good value for families with kids. Close to everything, but not on a busy street.

Both pools kept clean would have been nice.
